• Structure and evolve the organization's Data Governance model; • Assess governance maturity, data quality, metadata, data lineage and compliance of data assets; • Define policies, standards, roles and a Data Ownership and Data Stewardship model; • Implement and strengthen data catalog practices, business glossary, classification and lineage using Databricks Unity Catalog; • Define data quality rules, monitoring metrics and remediation processes; • Ensure compliance with LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law), privacy policies, retention and handling of sensitive data; • Support the incorporation of governance practices and documentation into squad deliveries.

Job Requirements

  • Solid experience in Data Governance;
  • Experience defining and implementing Data Governance frameworks, policies and processes;
  • Experience with metadata management, data catalogs, business glossaries and end-to-end data lineage;
  • Knowledge of data quality, rule definition, metrics and incident management;
  • Experience with Databricks Unity Catalog, including access control, data classification, ownership and auditing;
  • Knowledge of LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law), privacy, retention and sensitive data management;
  • Excellent communication and collaboration with business and technology teams;
  • Fluent English (spoken).

Role Description The Talent Acquisition Data Analyst serves as a strategic partner to the VP of Talent Acquisition, combining analytical expertise with operational support to drive data-informed talent acquisition strategy and results. This role partners closely with Physician Relationship Managers, operations leaders, and analytics teams to transform referral, claims, and EHR data into actionable insights that drive measurable impact.
