Role Description The Talent Acquisition Data Analyst serves as a strategic partner to the VP of Talent Acquisition, combining analytical expertise with operational support to drive data-informed talent acquisition strategy and results. This role is responsible for managing and interpreting recruitment and people data across key platforms, producing actionable insights for leadership, and supporting the day-to-day priorities of the VP. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable translating complex data into clear narratives for executive audiences. What You'll Do - Design, maintain, and distribute regular recruitment dashboards and reports including source effectiveness, offer acceptance rates, and pipeline metrics. - Analyze applicant tracking and HRIS data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement in the hiring process. - Identify needs for custom queries and reports in Workday to support talent acquisition initiatives. - Monitor and audit data integrity across recruiting platforms, flagging discrepancies and recommending process corrections. - Prepare ad hoc analyses and data visualizations to support leadership presentations and board-level reporting. - Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive personnel and organizational data. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field, preferred. - 1–3 years of experience in HR analytics, talent acquisition operations, or a related analytical role. - Hands-on experience with Workday (recruiting, onboarding, or HCM modules). - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis. - Demonstrated ability to extract, clean, and analyze data from HCM and ATS platforms. - Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to present data clearly to non-technical audiences. - High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and confidentiality.
