Role Description Ardurra is looking to hire a Data Analytics Manager to join our team in Dallas, TX! This position is open to remote applicants, preferably near major Ardurra offices. The Data Analytics Manager will lead the development of Ardurra’s enterprise data platform, analytics capabilities, and business intelligence strategy. This role is responsible for building a trusted, scalable data foundation that enables informed decision-making across the organization. - Working closely with business leaders and technology teams. - Architect and implement modern data platforms. - Develop enterprise reporting and analytics capabilities. - Establish best practices for data governance and quality. - Partner closely with the AI & Digital Innovation Manager. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. - 6–10 years of experience in data engineering, business intelligence, analytics, or enterprise data platform development. - Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Services, Power BI, SQL, and enterprise data architecture. - Strong experience building enterprise data lakes, data warehouses, ETL/ELT pipelines, and semantic models. - Experience with Workato or similar enterprise integration platforms. - Strong understanding of APIs, enterprise integrations, and cloud-based data platforms. - Experience establishing enterprise data governance and data quality practices. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders. Requirements - Develop and execute Ardurra’s enterprise data and analytics strategy aligned with business priorities. - Translate business objectives into scalable data, reporting, analytics, and automation solutions. - Partner with business leaders across various departments to identify data-driven opportunities. - Establish a roadmap that advances enterprise reporting, analytics, and data maturity. - Balance strategic planning with hands-on technical delivery. - Design, build, and manage Ardurra’s enterprise data platform utilizing Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Services, and related technologies. - Develop and maintain enterprise data lakes, warehouses, semantic models, and modern data architectures. - Build scalable ETL/ELT pipelines that deliver trusted, high-quality data across the organization. - Optimize platform performance, scalability, reliability, and security. - Establish enterprise data governance standards and best practices. - Define data ownership, stewardship, quality, and lifecycle management processes. - Leverage Workato as the enterprise integration platform to connect business applications and streamline data movement. - Develop enterprise dashboards and executive reporting utilizing Microsoft Power BI. - Partner closely with business stakeholders, application owners, and IT teams to deliver enterprise data solutions. Role Description We are offering a Data Analyst Internship for qualified candidates. This is a cross-disciplinary role, both instructional and technical.
