Role Description We are offering a Data Analyst Internship for qualified candidates. This is a cross-disciplinary role, both instructional and technical. You’ll engage with our team of educators to validate and iterate the models that drive our analytics. Our Data Analysts develop an understanding of our algorithms, the technologies and platforms that support our products, and our proprietary educational content. This knowledge will then be synthesized into actionable tests to build modules that will assist in identifying the academic needs of each individual student. You will engage with team members that think outside of the box, with the goal of improving education through the creation of a data infrastructure and insightful analytics. Role Description Independently complete daily operations, perform data analysis, and fulfill ad hoc requests to ensure high-quality, reliable data and accurate sales attribution across the global sales lifecycle. Qualifications - A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in accounting, finance, economics, or business. - Experience in Data Analytics and Data Governance is required. - 1+ years of professional experience in investment or mutual fund operations, or a related area, is preferred. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, time management, and communication abilities. - High level of precision and carefulness with the capability to deliver accurate and timely information. - Capability to handle various tasks simultaneously in a dynamic setting with urgent deadlines and minimal direct oversight. - Strong ability to prioritize and adapt as business needs evolve. - Ability to build strong working relationships, show flexibility, and effectively interact with internal and external contacts at all levels. - Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Requirements - 2+ years of experience in investment or mutual fund operations or a related area (for Associate, Data Management role). - Experience with financial tools and systems such as Salesforce, Power BI, and SQL query. • Own the strategic roadmap, data architecture, and analytical execution for the Marketing domain. • Take full ownership of the Marketing data reporting layer, mapping out and executing a multi-quarter technical roadmap that aligns cleanly with Alma's growth OKRs. • Design and optimize core Marketing data models within dbt, moving the organization away from siloed reporting toward an integrated, full-funnel "source of truth". • Empower Marketing stakeholders with automated, high-fidelity pacing models and diagnostic tools that reduce manual workflows and accelerate media-spend optimization. • Act as the primary technical liaison between Growth Marketing and Data Engineering, defining the requirements for downstream identity resolution and MarTech API integrations.
