Clinical Specialist, DACH
Envista Holdings Corporation
• Supporting the DACH/EMEA team (Product, Marketing, DTS, Sales) in regards to clinical-related questions • Supporting marketing and education programs to be validated from a clinical perspective • Supporting the clinical conversations with our doctors • Escalating clinical questions and issues coming from our doctors • Working proactively to address any inquiries, complaints and adverse events arising among DACH country and EMEA doctors • Providing clinical customer support in regards of treatment planning predictability and ORMCO APPROVER utilization • Working in collaboration with Marketing/Education teams to create clinical content materials, e-learnings, or training modules • Introducing the foundations of the product portfolio from a clinical standpoint and benefits of our solutions, ensuring effective utilization while escalating needs for additional training to the relevant stakeholders • Managing customer and internal inquiries submitted through internal platforms, ensuring timely follow-up and excellent service delivery
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in dentistry/medical/orthodontics
- Knowledge of clear aligner systems and mechanics required
- Native level of the German language and fluent level of the English language are mandatory
- Strong presentation skill, able to liaise with multiple KEs, doctors or business partners in the EMEA region
- Team player, able to fit and work within a multinational matrix organization
- Willingness to travel (up to 25%)
- knowledge of any additional European language
