• Train operating room staff on Alcon products • Provide on-site and remote clinical support and technical information • Implement equipment and software upgrades at clinical sites • Respond to customer inquiries per standard operating procedures and guidelines • Attend and support medical events and demonstrations • Collaborate with Field Service Engineers and Sales Representatives for installations and support • Provide constant feedback to Research and Development on clinical performance of products via an approved communication plan • Document site visits within 48 hours • Report and address adverse events and device deficiencies, and refer unapproved use inquiries • Achieve required clinical certifications • Advocate for continuous improvement in processes and operational excellence through knowledge sharing

• Travel to customer sites to deliver onsite clinical implementation support, go-live activities, and customer program upgrades for new low to moderately complex customer programs and existing customer upgrades. • Deliver instructor-led education and hands-on product training to clinical staff, super users, and hospital leadership. • Provide onsite coaching, troubleshooting, and end-user guidance to promote confidence and successful adoption of AvaSure solutions. • Collaborate with internal and customer stakeholders to address implementation needs, resolve barriers, and support successful program adoption. • Document implementation activities, clinical observations, and maintain internal records (e.g., hospital data, reports, outcomes). • Maintain current knowledge of AvaSure solutions. • Ensure compliance with credentialing and administrative requirements.

• Plan, implement and monitor study supply strategy overall supply chain strategy in order to maximize efficiency and productivity • Optimize supply levels to ensure continuity while minimizing carrying costs • Control manufacturing and delivery processes • Collaborate with Project Management, Vendor Management, and DLS Leadership • Develop and maintain detailed inventories of study drug • Develop procedures to increase efficiency throughout the supply chain while ensuring quality and safety; implements subsequent changes to processes. • Collaborate with DLS Leadership to define and implement key supply chain KPIs at study and functional levels • Identify process bottleneck and implement solutions in a timely manner • Performs other related duties as assigned.

• Answers telephones, prioritizes clinical triage calls, follows clinical protocols, and coordinates services, as needed. • Verifies patient demographic information and accurately enters the updated information into electronic health record. • Serves as an escalation point for clinical patient issues and other POD team members requiring clinical support, and provides clinical advice based on clinical protocols and procedures. • Manages and responds to escalated electronic patient messages whenever not answering inbound patient calls and uses clinical judgment to prioritize and accommodate patients. • Creates a positive patient experience at every encounter, attempting to independently resolve any issues or concerns of the patient at the time of the phone call, within the scope of the role. • Consistently meets productivity, schedule adherence, and quality standards as set by the Access Center. • Utilizes all resources and guidelines at his/her disposal to effectively assess, prioritize, advise, schedule appointments, or refer calls when necessary to the appropriate medical facility or personnel. • Accurately documents symptoms/complaints, nursing assessment, advice provided and patient/caller response. • Partners with other Access Center teams/PODs and respective practice clinical team on behalf of the patient to assist with clinical concerns, medication refills, or scheduling appointments. • Other duties as assigned.
