Field Clinical Engagement Specialist – Fractional, RN Required
AvaSure
• Travel to customer sites to deliver onsite clinical implementation support, go-live activities, and customer program upgrades for new low to moderately complex customer programs and existing customer upgrades. • Deliver instructor-led education and hands-on product training to clinical staff, super users, and hospital leadership. • Provide onsite coaching, troubleshooting, and end-user guidance to promote confidence and successful adoption of AvaSure solutions. • Collaborate with internal and customer stakeholders to address implementation needs, resolve barriers, and support successful program adoption. • Document implementation activities, clinical observations, and maintain internal records (e.g., hospital data, reports, outcomes). • Maintain current knowledge of AvaSure solutions. • Ensure compliance with credentialing and administrative requirements.
Job Requirements
- Associate's degree is required
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
- Active RN license is required
- 4+ years of hands on clinical experience in a hospital setting is required
- 1 year of clinical implementation experience preferred
- Experience in healthcare leadership, policy development, process improvement, workflow design, and quality improvement preferred
- Experience in onboarding and mentoring new hospital staff
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Maintains credentials necessary for onsite visits
