• Align with customers using a consultative approach to identify the needs of our customers – Eye Care Practitioners (ECPs) – which include both their patients and their businesses. • Align Alcon products and services to solve for their unmet needs. • Grow sales by shifting customer beliefs and behaviours to prescribe and recommend Alcon innovative products as their first-choice product lines. • Provide product and technical consultation to doctors on the appropriate use of Alcon products. • Develop a highly structured territory strategy and plan by following marketing strategies and leveraging a variety of data tools, including account information, territory mapping, call reporting data (SalesForce.com), and Alcon sales data, with the support of the Associate Sales Director. • Develop a strong executional plan and routing schedule for the territory to capitalize on revenue from the highest potential customers. • Plan and execute calls daily. • Develop and maintain customer relationships by responding to all customer requests within 24 hours, performing customer call follow-up activities and resolving customer issues in a timely manner. • Using analytical tools available, develop business insights to customize your approach to give the best possible Alcon Experience to every customer. • Collaborate with the team to conduct Regional/local conferences, aligning on priorities and responsibilities, ensuring customer engagement opportunities with key stakeholders are arranged and executed. • Participate in and network with customers at conventions, educational events (may include some evenings and weekend events). • Conduct CE opportunities in territory, aligning with division counterparts where necessary, and managing all aspects of CE events. • Contribute to the Regional team to help develop region-specific sales opportunities.
• Drive face-to-face sales efforts for high-value clinical equipment such as Voyager™ DSLT and Valeda® Light Delivery System in both specialty and general ophthalmic clinics. • Promote the adoption of treatment packages associated with the equipment (e.g., Voyager™ DSLT and Valeda® Light Delivery System) to maximize account value and patient benefit. • Develop clinic workflow strategies to optimize productivity through Valeda® patient pack and Voyager™ consumable pull-through • Identify strategic opportunities within accounts and execute tailored sales strategies to exceed revenue targets. • Build strong relationships with clinical stakeholders to support product adoption and sustained usage. • Deliver compelling product presentations, proposals, and hands-on demonstrations that highlight clinical and economic value. • Provide post-sale training and support to ensure successful implementation and long-term customer satisfaction. • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, clinical specialists, and service teams to support promotional efforts and customer success. • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline progress, and customer interactions using Salesforce and related tools. • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to effectively position Alcon’s offerings.

Missions Principales - Assurer les interventions techniques pour les appareils distribués par Alcon, principalement sur une zone géographique donnée (Secteur Sud). - Respecter les plans de maintenance commandés par les clients et maximiser la fiabilité des instruments. - Assurer un haut niveau de satisfaction client sur la zone géographique donnée. - Promouvoir l'implantation des contrats d'entretien en collaboration avec la Force de Ventes et le Support Clinique. - Participer à l'atteinte des résultats financiers du Service Technique et d'Alcon France. - Gérer le stock de pièces détachées dédié. - Maintenir à jour la base installée client et fournir à la Force de Ventes des opportunités commerciales. - Contribuer à la sécurité et à la surveillance des produits Alcon en transmettant tout effet indésirable et/ou plainte dont il aurait connaissance. Qualifications - Bac+2 min en Electronique/Maintenance industrielle ou équivalent. - 3 ans min d'expérience pratique du service technique avec des équipements médicaux - en ophtalmologie/optométrie serait un plus. - Bonne connaissance technique : Windows 7/8/10, Outil Microsoft : server 2012 & 2016, Office 365. - Bonne connaissance des réseaux LAN / WAN (Tcp / Ip, VLAN, STP, Routing, NAT / PAT, VPN, etc ...). - Expérience clinique/patient est un plus. - Bon niveau d’Anglais technique. - Connaissance du dépannage et de l’utilisation d’outils biométriques et diagnostiques. - Forte orientation client. - Excellente communication, tant d'un point de vue technique qu’interpersonnel. - Doit être capable de soulever et de porter 25 kg. - L'acuité visuelle et la dextérité manuelle sont nécessaires pour manipuler les outils et l'équipement afin d'accomplir les fonctions essentielles.
