Human Resources Specialist

Role Description The Temporary Human Resources Specialist provides comprehensive HR support across multiple functional areas, including: - Talent acquisition - Employee relations - Leaves of absence administration - Benefits support - Onboarding - Compliance - General HR operations This role serves as a key point of contact for employees and managers, helping to ensure a positive employee experience while maintaining compliance with company policies and employment regulations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, able to manage multiple priorities, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Years of experience can be substituted on a year for year basis. - 2+ years of human resources experience, preferably supporting multiple HR functions. - 1+ years experience with recruitment, employee relations, leave administration, and benefits. Requirements - Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers. - Ability to manage multiple recruitment activities simultaneously in a fast-paced, remote work environment. - Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple requisitions and competing deadlines. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy when maintaining candidate records and recruitment documentation. - Customer service skills with a professional, responsive, and candidate-focused approach. - Ability to conduct effective phone screens and assess candidate qualifications against job requirements. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams) and the ability to quickly learn new HR and recruiting software. - Strong internet research and candidate sourcing skills utilizing job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruiting resources. Role Description We are looking for an organized, proactive, and people-oriented HR Generalist to join our growing HR team. This is a hybrid HR role combining People Operations and Talent Acquisition, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working across the full employee lifecycle: from attracting great talent to creating an exceptional employee experience after they join. Qualifications - 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or People Operations. - Experience managing full-cycle recruitment and supporting HR operations throughout the employee lifecycle. - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional level of English (C1 or above). - High attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work independently. - Experience with Deel, HRIS platforms, ATS systems, or remote international teams is considered an advantage.
