• Partner with the Operations Manager and hiring managers to coordinate recruitment, hiring, and onboarding activities • Manage employee offboarding, including separation documentation and access coordination • Maintain employee records and required company documentation to support business operations, customer requirements, and compliance initiatives • Serve as the primary HR liaison with ADP TotalSource, coordinating employee updates and maintaining HRIS records • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefits at SHR, including benefits enrollment, qualifying life events, open enrollment, and employee benefit inquiries • Support personnel security administration, including onboarding and offboarding access requests, security acknowledgments, and coordination of personnel security documentation • Support company security training initiatives and employee education by coordinating required training, maintaining training records, and assisting with compliance efforts • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and operational efficiency • Support employee engagement initiatives and other HR and operational projects as assigned • Perform additional responsibilities as business needs evolve

• Provide data and thought leadership to the executive team to drive strategic financial business decisions • Provide data analysis and insights to support decision-making • Track expenditures, indirect costs, and cost allocations to ensure efficiency and profitability • Ensure compliance with federal contracting financial regulations, including DCAA (Defense Contract Audit Agency) audits • Monitor and enforce internal financial controls to mitigate risks and ensure accurate reporting • Prepare and present financial reports to executive leadership, stakeholders, and government agencies as required • Develop and maintain detailed budgets for all programs, ensuring alignment with contract requirements • Monitor financial performance against budgets, identifying variances and implementing corrective actions • Prepare financial forecasts and cost estimates to support short-term and long-term business planning • Provide financial guidance to program managers to optimize resource allocation and cost efficiency • Support contract modifications, cost adjustments, and negotiations with government agencies in collaboration with Contracts Specialist • Lead process improvements to enhance financial operations, reporting, and compliance • Support the development of pricing strategies and cost models for new government contract proposals • Conduct financial analysis to determine competitive pricing strategy • Collaborate with proposal teams, business development, and contract managers to support accurate and compliant cost proposals • Provide risk assessment on pricing strategies

• Design and implement Linux-based platform solutions. • Configure and manage automation tools such as Ansible and Terraform to streamline operations. • Monitor platform performance and availability, addressing issues as they arise. • Perform routine maintenance, updates, and patches to ensure systems remain secure and operational. • Develop and maintain automation scripts to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention. • Implement and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) practices using Ansible and Terraform. • Implement security measures to protect platform infrastructure from threats and vulnerabilities. • Conduct security assessments and participate in audits to ensure compliance with security policies and standards. • Analyze system performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. • Optimize platform configurations to enhance efficiency and reliability. • Maintain detailed documentation of platform configurations, changes, and maintenance activities. • Generate reports on platform performance, security, and usage for management and stakeholders. • Respond to platform-related incidents and outages, conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions. • Develop and follow incident response plans to minimize downtime and impact on business operations. • Work collaboratively with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of platform systems. • Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and IT staff on platform-related issues. • Ensure platform operations adhere to organizational policies and industry best practices. • Continuously evaluate and improve platform infrastructure to meet evolving business needs and technological advancements. • Manage relationships with platform service providers and vendors.
