Role Description We are looking for an organized, proactive, and people-oriented HR Generalist to join our growing HR team. This is a hybrid HR role combining People Operations and Talent Acquisition, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working across the full employee lifecycle: from attracting great talent to creating an exceptional employee experience after they join. You will work closely with the HR Director, hiring managers, and teams across the company to support recruitment, employee experience, HR operations, and continuous process improvement in our international environment. Responsibilities - Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate communication, and offer management. - Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, provide recruitment guidance, and ensure a positive candidate experience. - Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, prepare HR documentation, and maintain accurate employee records and HR systems. - Support day-to-day HR operations, including leave management, HRIS administration, payroll preparation, contract amendments, and employee requests. - Assist with performance management processes, probation reviews, Individual Development Plans (IDPs), and learning and development initiatives. - Support employee engagement activities and help foster a positive employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle. - Maintain and improve HR documentation, policies, templates, and internal processes to ensure consistency and compliance. - Contribute to HR projects, reporting, and process improvements that support the growth and scalability of the HR function. - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth HR operations across multiple international locations. Qualifications - 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or People Operations. - Experience managing full-cycle recruitment and supporting HR operations throughout the employee lifecycle. - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional level of English (C1 or above). - High attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work independently. - Experience with Deel, HRIS platforms, ATS systems, or remote international teams is considered an advantage.
