• Be the first point of contact for top talent and help build the pipeline that keeps Cloud Accountant Staffing thriving • Own the candidate sourcing process end-to-end: identifying prospects, reaching out with compelling messaging, and maintaining accurate records in our ATS • Collaborate closely with Talent Partners to understand role requirements and deliver candidates who fit both technically and culturally • Build and maintain a strong talent pool for active and upcoming roles • Monitor outreach response rates and optimize messaging for higher engagement • Ensure timely communication with candidates during the application review stage • Provide regular updates on sourcing progress to the Talent team • Share insights on talent availability, market trends, and candidate feedback • Assist in scheduling and coordinating candidate interactions when needed
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in candidate sourcing, recruitment, or talent acquisition
- Strong research and internet sourcing skills; comfortable using LinkedIn and other job platforms
- Organized and detail-oriented — able to manage multiple roles and pipelines simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Comfortable working 9am–5pm U.S. Eastern hours
- Preferred (nice to have): Experience with ATS systems like Ashby
- Previous exposure to recruiting in accounting, finance, or remote teams

This person is a critical connector — keeping benefits running smoothly, payroll accurate, and employee experience programs active, while stepping into recruiting support as the team’s needs require.
