Qualifications - Experience in benefits administration, payroll coordination, and Talent operations. - Familiarity with US benefits programs, leave regulations (FMLA, ADA, state leave), and 401(k) administration. - Exposure to full-cycle recruiting, ATS platforms (Greenhouse preferred), and onboarding coordination. - Comfort with HRIS systems, Google Workspace, and Excel/Sheets for data tracking and reporting. - Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities without dropping detail. - A bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent experience. Who you are - You are detail-oriented and dependable — someone who takes pride in running benefits, payroll, and operations without error and without drama. - You’re comfortable wearing multiple hats, and you understand that in a lean Talent team, everyone’s work connects. Preferred Qualifications - 1+ years of experience in an administrative or HR-related role. - Familiarity with global HR processes and compliance requirements. - Experience in a remote, multicultural team environment.
