US Recruiter – Full-Time Placements
Hire Overseas
• Source qualified candidates for full-time US-based roles using job boards, LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, and internal databases • Build and maintain active talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs • Conduct proactive outreach across email, phone, and messaging platforms to engage passive candidates • Stay current on labor market trends, sourcing strategies, and recruiting technologies • Review and triage inbound applications against role requirements • Conduct preliminary phone and video screens to assess qualifications, experience, compensation expectations, and interest level • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS throughout the recruiting process • Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers • Communicate clearly and professionally with candidates throughout every stage of the process • Provide regular pipeline updates to clients and internal stakeholders without being prompted • Manage candidate experience from first contact through offer and onboarding handoff • Support offer preparation and delivery in collaboration with hiring managers or clients • Manage candidate objections and keep candidates engaged through the decision-making process • Track offer acceptance rates and flag risks or drop-off patterns proactively • Track sourcing activity, pipeline health, time-to-fill, and placement metrics • Submit regular activity and pipeline reports to internal leadership • Identify sourcing gaps and adjust strategy based on performance data
Job Requirements
- 2 or more years of full-cycle or high-volume recruiting experience, preferably for US-based roles
- Proven ability to source and engage candidates across LinkedIn, Indeed, and similar platforms
- Experience conducting screening calls and qualifying candidates against defined role requirements
- Proficiency with ATS platforms and candidate tracking tools
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with a professional and confident presence
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple active roles and candidate pipelines simultaneously
- Self-directed and persistent with strong follow-through on outreach, pipeline maintenance, and stakeholder communication
