Role Description Independently complete daily operations, perform data analysis, and fulfill ad hoc requests to ensure high-quality, reliable data and accurate sales attribution across the global sales lifecycle. The team operates in a fast-paced environment that places an emphasis on continuous learning, collaboration, and maintaining an equitable and fun working environment. - Collect, validate, and consolidate data from various sources to support research, data governance, resolve inquiries, and correct errors. - Maintain data integrity and security across systems, handle exception requests, and provide operational support for projects and processes in diverse operational environments. - Contribute to distribution efforts through involvement in projects, process reviews, and system adjustments. - Take proactive steps to recognize and manage challenges by evaluating and finding operational improvements that uphold accurate and reliable data handling and processing during the sales lifecycle. - Collaborate with internal and external personnel, which may include senior operations staff, client reporting, performance, accounting, sales, marketing, finance, IT, vendors, portfolio managers, traders, and analysts to collect information and work together on resolving issues. - Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to team members while demonstrating an ability to share knowledge with others. Qualifications - A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in accounting, finance, economics, or business. - Experience in Data Analytics and Data Governance is required. - 1+ years of professional experience in investment or mutual fund operations, or a related area, is preferred. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, time management, and communication abilities. - High level of precision and carefulness with the capability to deliver accurate and timely information. - Capability to handle various tasks simultaneously in a dynamic setting with urgent deadlines and minimal direct oversight. - Strong ability to prioritize and adapt as business needs evolve. - Ability to build strong working relationships, show flexibility, and effectively interact with internal and external contacts at all levels. - Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Requirements - 2+ years of experience in investment or mutual fund operations or a related area (for Associate, Data Management role). - Experience with financial tools and systems such as Salesforce, Power BI, and SQL query. Salary Range Information - Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. - Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. - Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Time Off Program - Personal Time Off (PTO) is provided to hourly (non-exempt) employees and provides a set amount of accrued time earned each pay period. - Employees can use their PTO for vacation, personal or short-term illness.
