Sales Strategy and Operations Manager

• Take ownership of the CRM in its final setup and drive strategic development. • Build and maintain system architecture, workflows, and automations. • Define and track central KPIs: conversion rate, pipeline velocity, lead quality, customer value. • Analyze and optimize existing processes along the customer journey. • Co-develop B2B pricing logic with the Head of B2B and Finance. • Manage the B2B shop - product access, collections, price and bundle implementation. • Build a reporting and analytics infrastructure to enable data-driven decision-making in the B2B team. • Coordinate B2B communications as the interface to Marketing and Brand.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience building, optimizing, or scaling CRM and sales processes — ideally in a fast-growing B2B environment.
  • Commercial acumen — pricing, margins and offer logic are not just finance topics.
  • Deep understanding of customer journeys — from lead generation to long-term partner development.
  • Strong in automation and process design.
  • Strategic thinking with operational execution.
  • Highly data-driven with dashboards and KPI systems.
  • Active use of AI tools for analysis, automation and process optimization.
  • Self-organized and structured way of working.
  • Good German and English skills.

Benefits

  • A competitive, fair salary package.
  • Remote-first — within Germany and occasionally from abroad.
  • Flexible working hours with a core overlap time from 9–12.
  • Overtime is fully compensated with time off in lieu.
  • Full-time at our company is 36 hours per week — for more focus and life balance.
  • 30 days of vacation per year.
  • Monthly team meet-ups in Stuttgart or Berlin.
  • Two inspiring offsites per year.
  • Flexible benefits such as a shopping budget, mobility allowance or Urban Sports — after passing the probation period.
