Inside Sales Support Associate
Keystone Technologies
• analyze customer sales data to identify sales trends and opportunities with management • initiating sales opportunities with both existing customers and new customers via both outbound cold calling and in-bound calls • managing new price requests and working within CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software system to maintain clean records of all customer information and pricing • Answer questions via email or phone regarding existing orders in a timely manner • Follow up on sample requests and new quotes in a timely manner consistent with Keystone policies • Check availability on orders and stock and communicate to customers and internal stakeholders in a timely manner • Cross-reference other manufacturers part numbers to Keystone products, ensuring accurate product matching while supporting customers and sales team with equivalent solutions
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Lighting industry experience and product knowledge required
- 1-2 years of sales experience in similar inside sales role
- Outstanding customer service skills with attention to rapid responses, clarity in communications and a strong drive to exceed customer expectations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Teams and Excel
- Experience with CRM software and Prophet 21 preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to perform time-sensitive work environment
- Comfortable with phone interaction with very good verbal communication skills
- Work well independently or on a team
