• Partner with Hiring Managers to solve key hiring problems across scientific and manufacturing niches. • Build high quality talent pipelines through various methods; direct sourcing, events and through advertising channels. • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, identifying any gaps and partnering with stakeholders to solve them. • Champion DEIB initiatives around Talent Acquisition.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition, ideally within the Life Science or manufacturing industry.
  • Demonstrable experience sourcing (boolean/x-ray search) and attracting talent in niche areas.
  • Sequential and data-driven mindset.
  • Experience partnering with stakeholders to solve complex and time-sensitive hiring challenges.
  • Advanced knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant Tracking Systems. (e.g. SmartRecruiters)
  • Fluent in German and English
