• Orchestrate the end-to-end journey for complex key account customers, including large pharma, agriculture and healthcare providers globally. • Partner with Marketing, Sales and Product Management to ensure that the CX strategy supports portfolio objectives, successful product launches, and improved patient-care pathways. • Ensure all customer touchpoints, including medical information and field-service engagements, comply with global healthcare regulations, cGMP, and anti-kickback laws. • Overhaul contact center approach into strategic care-coordination hubs, leveraging AI and agentic workflows to provide rapid, secure, and personalized support to healthcare providers (HCPs), life sciences customers and R&D professionals across all industries served. • Capture and translate technical feedback from scientists and lab directors into product roadmaps, ensuring that innovation cycles are driven by real-world lab performance and needs.
• Lead the end-to-end preparation and review of Canadian (GST/HST, PST, QST) and US Sales & Use tax returns and Personal Property renditions, ensuring accurate and timely filings. • Manage indirect tax accounting and reconciliations, including overseeing tax liability accounts, month-end accruals, and true-up analysis to ensure financial statement accuracy. • Monitor indirect tax legislative changes to assess and communicate impacts on the company’s tax profile. • Oversee and lead indirect tax audits, serving as the primary point of contact for tax authorities and managing the retrieval of transactional data and documentation. • Perform regular nexus reviews and taxability studies to identify and mitigate potential exposure across new and existing jurisdictions. • Maintain comprehensive support for tax positions, including exemption certificate management and audit-ready files. • Provide strategic indirect tax advice on business initiatives, including product launches, M&A due diligence, and intercompany transactions. • Determine taxability for new products and services, ensuring correct tax mappings are applied within ERP systems. • Partner with non-tax stakeholders (Procurement, Sales, and IT) to embed indirect tax requirements into business processes and contract negotiations. • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of indirect tax data collection and reporting. • Drive automation and system enhancements, leading the integration of tax engines (e.g., Vertex) with ERP systems (e.g., SAP or IFS).
• Ensure consistent, accurate and compliant day-to-day execution of certification activities in alignment with relevant accreditation standards. • Maintain program integrity over time through scheduled evaluations, training and continuous alignment with evolving standards and regulatory expectations. • Provide technical leadership in the resolution of complex certification cases by participating in technical review forums, as needed. • Support the organization’s broader service portfolio by contributing to the development, maintenance and evolution of internally owned, non-accredited standards. • Exercise independent judgment in driving innovation and change across certification processes, proactively identifying and implementing improvements. • Interpret certification standards and regulatory requirements to define, draft, implement and monitor procedures and SOPs. • Design, implement and oversee the consistent and compliant execution of certification processes to ensure accurate, impartial, and defensible outcomes in alignment with relevant accreditation standards.

• Support and expand TNAC and Virusys portfolios across the United States. • Identify and develop new sales opportunities across biopharma, diagnostics manufacturers, CROs, and academic institutions. • Expand existing customer relationships by uncovering additional applications for TNAC reagents (e.g., assay development, QC, vaccine R&D). • Drive revenue growth through proactive outreach including targeted account strategies, cold calls, email campaigns, and virtual engagement. • Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations focused on TNAC reagents, including antigens, antibodies, and viral proteins. • Understand and address customer challenges related to assay sensitivity/specificity, reagent consistency, and supply chain reliability. • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure retention and long-term partnership growth. • Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, R&D, and operations to align on customer needs, custom projects, and supply requirements. • Track and report sales activities, pipeline status, customer feedback, and market intelligence in CRM systems.

• Provide daily operational and compliance support for import and export processes of traded goods within a specific country or region • Administer free-trade agreement programs, including regular reviews of entry documentation and maintenance of tariff codes and country-of-origin (COO) data • Maintain internal controls and procedures to ensure compliance with trade regulations and minimize the risk of penalties or fines • Maintain organized and accurate trade records, update internal databases, and ensure activities align with established corporate policies, departmental procedures, and regulatory requirements • Serve as subject matter expert (SME) for general trade compliance and customs relations, including tariffs and VAT, training and educating cross-functional stakeholders throughout the organization • Interpret and apply trade regulations from various global agencies such as U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and World Trade Organization (WTO) • Assist with trade compliance projects relating to cost-avoidance programmes, duty drawback, free-trade agreements, and preferential origin • Complete or assist in applications of supporting documentation for export, import, shipping, and receiving processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with trade laws and country regulations • Stay updated on changes in international trade laws and regulations and communicate relevant updates to the appropriate stakeholders within the organization • Liaise with customs officials to facilitate the clearance of shipments, including handling of import/export documentation and potential issue resolution during the clearance process • Provide regular updates and reporting on key data and metrics to functional leadership; alert management to discrepancies and trends • Perform other duties as required, or assigned by management, to meet business needs • Adhere to company Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) policy

• Provide daily technical support to customers in the use of LGC Software applications with a primary focus on IAMQC and MSDRx applications for Quality Measurement Tools. • Support methods include telephone, e-mail, and online customer meetings. • Document customer issues, actions, and resolutions within Salesforce Case files. • Document and advance cases to Level 2 as needed. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage inquiries and improve processes for efficient and timely responses. • Align with the Company’s quality system and regulatory requirements pertaining to customer support and complaint handling; maintain the completeness and accuracy of case information. • Share customer feedback with Product Management, Commercial, and Quality teams. • Review marketing material for technical accuracy, including user manuals, product brochures, customer communications, and other technical documents. • Serve as a resource to product development, marketing, and sales teams as needed. • Manage and track customer inquiries to ensure timely resolution. • Provide regular reports on case status and trends to management. • Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs.
