Director – Permit Management

Turner & Townsend

• Coordinate and manage the entitlement and permitting processes for clients • Develop and maintain a Permit Schedule tracking all submissions, reviews, and approval milestones • Provide support for Owner during meetings and hearings with Authorities Having Jurisdiction • Monitor regulatory compliance with local, state, and federal regulations • Lead utility coordination with various public and private utility providers

Job Requirements

  • Experience in working with USACE, PennDot, PADEP, FAA, PECO, and PIDC
  • Ability to work full-time on site in Philadelphia at client location
