• Provide preconstruction support during project approval phase, provide historical cost data, assist in development of annual contractor purchase orders • Manage internal project budget / schedule of values within project management software, for monthly financial reporting on multiple New Builds and Retrofit projects on campus • Manage external project budget and communications within external project management software including commitment management, change management, document control, etc. • Manages monthly forecasts and cash flows, understand forecast variances, develop monthly executive reports • Manage monthly vendor invoice review process within invoicing software, including project management review, 3rd party auditing services, and communication with Accounts Payable • Responsible for accurate quarterly accrual reporting for all existing PO's on campus, including communication with vendors and Finance • Facilitate change order routing and review processes within project management software, content analysis, and executive approval as required • Review project financial health with management team each month (via dashboards, budget software, schedule comparisons, productivity reports, etc.) • Management of Internal and Contractor Risk Register update & contingency evaluation • Financial closeout of internal budgets, Vendor POs, etc. • Work closely with Site Scheduler to compare financial forecasts and risks that are in alignment with schedule updates • Assistance with programmatic initiatives, training, and alignment opportunities • Line manages approximately 3-5 staff overseeing multiple data center locations • QAQC all deliverables and ensure all timelines are met. • SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.

• Regular travel to construction site is expected • Develop and maintain a detailed construction program schedule using Primavera P6 and Tableau for multi-project environments • Ensure that schedule-related data from vendors, suppliers, engineering and construction contractors is provided as feedback into the planning and scheduling systems • Implement Project Planning & Scheduling strategy, plans and procedures • Actively work with project managers and subcontractor firms to maintain schedule integrity • Prepare and update progress reports as required including monthly project report contributions • Conduct project schedule analysis, critical path analysis and schedule risk analysis as required

• Act as the primary client interface, delivering clear, executive-level cost reporting, variance analysis, and strategic commercial guidance. • Lead cost planning, estimating, and financial governance across the full project lifecycle, including preparing and presenting detailed cost plans, forecasts, and cash flow projections. • Oversee project cost control processes, including managing change orders, valuations, contractor applications, and final account negotiations with a defensible, auditable approach. • Review contractor and subcontractor pricing, lead commercial negotiations, and ensure accuracy and alignment of project cost data. • Participate in design development, providing commercial input into design optioneering, value engineering, and engineering prioritization based on cost impact. • Coordinate and consolidate cost information from multiple sources, including contractors, consultants, and suppliers, to support informed decision-making. • Manage post-contract cost variances, change control processes, and contingency tracking to ensure effective project delivery. • Prepare monthly cost reports, funding updates, and executive summaries for client presentation. • Lead and contribute to the development of Turner & Townsend’s internal benchmarking strategy, including compiling built cost data and establishing consistent cost baselines across programs. • Track market trends (labor, materials, and economic conditions) and apply insights to forecasting and risk mitigation. • Drive the use of digital cost management and benchmarking tools to standardize data, improve reporting, and enhance delivery efficiency. • Oversee remote delivery teams, ensuring consistent execution of best practices, governance standards, and company methodologies. • Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture. • Contribute to the development and implementation of internal business management systems and delivery frameworks. • Support financial management activities, including fee tracking, resource forecasting, and margin reporting.

• Coordinating requests for quotes with manufacturers • Executing quotes in conjunction with stakeholders • OSP Shortage Mitigation: Managing risks and constraints in the OSP supply chain. • Logistics Oversight: Resolving critical, real-time onsite delivery queries. • Financial Controls: Conducting regular cost variance and budget checks. • Issue Resolution: Tracking kick-off bugs and driving PCG/TEC resolutions. • EMEA/APAC Deployment: Overseeing the ongoing regional OFCI implementation. • Vendor Alignment: Leading strategic syncs with key manufacturers. • SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.

• Lead and manage multidisciplinary design reviews across various engineering disciplines • Ensure design packages meet regulatory and client standards • Coordinate design consultants and engineering teams • Manage design review schedules and milestones • Oversee QA/QC processes for design submissions

• Provide basic administrative support to the team • Project documentation preparation • Escalation for commitment • Invoice & pay application processing • Financial reconciliations • Management of projects from initiation through completion • Obtain external quotes for processing • Coordinate change orders, change directives, and contemplative change notices with consultants and vendors • Schedule meetings and communication plans regarding projects amongst teams and clients • Assist with contract administration • Attend tender openings and recording results • Issue letters of acceptance and regret • Enter project information and data into project management technology tools • Process invoices and pay applications • Help with project administration deliverables • Assist the project closeout process including turnover documentation and financial reconciliation. • Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
