• Assurer le secrétariat du service des affaires juridiques (SAJ) • Fournir un soutien administratif aux membres du service des affaires juridiques et effectuer le suivi administratif des dossiers ainsi que leur tenue physique et informatique, de la réception à l’archivage, y compris le référencement • Prendre en charge certains volets des dossiers juridiques de manière autonome, sous la supervision des conseillers juridiques • Assumer le suivi organisationnel du service (réception téléphonique, organisation des séances, coordination des agendas, démarches administratives internes, etc.) • Rédiger des projets de courriers et de documents à contenu juridique (courriels, courriers, PV, mémoires, bordereaux de pièces, etc.) • Initier et mettre à jour des documents tels que projets, tableaux, planification, présentations PPT selon les besoins du service.

Job Requirements

  • CFC d'employé de commerce ou formation jugée équivalente, une certification en secrétariat juridique serait un atout, formation complète de secrétaire de direction
  • Au moins 5 ans d’expérience professionnelle de secrétariat de direction auprès d’une juridiction, d’une autorité de poursuite pénale, d’un service juridique ou d’une étude d’avocats.
  • Connaissance du réseau de soins genevois et/ou de l’organisation judiciaire genevoise serait un atout
  • Dynamisme, entregent et flexibilité sont des qualités indispensables pour ce poste
  • Capacité à travailler de façon autonome, goût de la précision, excellentes compétences rédactionnelles et organisationnelles
  • Connaissances avérées en informatique et parfaite maîtrise des principaux outils bureautiques usuels, notamment Word, Excel, Outlook et PowerPoint
  • Esprit d’équipe, discrétion, aptitude à travailler de manière autonome
  • Pragmatique, grande capacité d’adaptation et de prendre des initiatives pour gérer une charge de travail importante dans des délais parfois courts.
