• Conduct outbound sales and marketing calls to local businesses • Introduce the dental practice and medspa services to prospective referral partners • Confidently represent the practice and communicate the value of its services • Build rapport and establish professional relationships with business owners and decision-makers • Schedule face-to-face meetings between the practice owner and local businesses • Generate referral opportunities for both the dental practice and medspa • Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective referral partners • Track outreach activities and appointment outcomes • Research and contact businesses located within a 5–6 mile radius of the practice • Maintain an organized prospect pipeline • Provide regular updates on outreach progress and scheduled meetings • Support practice growth through consistent prospecting efforts
Job Requirements
- Previous outbound sales, appointment setting, cold calling, or Sales Development Representative (SDR) experience is required
- Bilingual English and Spanish proficiency is strongly preferred
- Dental industry experience is highly preferred
- Medspa or aesthetics industry experience is a plus
- Previous virtual assistant experience is preferred
- Excellent outbound sales and prospecting skills
- Strong cold-calling confidence
