• Lead a geographically diverse remote Content & Systems Team • Establish governance, standards, workflows, and KPIs for proposal content and accessibility practices • Provide executive oversight of Qvidian and related platforms • Ensure technology and accessibility-related RFP requirements are addressed across deliverables • Oversee assignment of content leads for proposals • Work with A&P leaders to guide strategic direction and success metrics • Lead or co-lead key strategic initiatives and cross-functional workstreams • Perform other relevant duties as assigned.

• Serve as a legal advisor to the customer and vendor contracts team • Review, draft, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements • Advise on related privacy and security clauses • Develop and maintain standard contract templates • Maintain awareness of evolving state student data privacy laws • Manage outside counsel relationships for complex matters • Independently spot, assess, and troubleshoot ethical obligations and sensitive legal or compliance matters

• Support ongoing growth of assessment programs in K-12 education • Manage projects related to assessment plans for districts • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for assessment initiatives • Create compelling content for implementation of i-Ready programs • Maintain project management timelines and responsibility matrices • Coordinate communications across teams for project updates • Understand primary assessment use cases for i-Ready assessments • Update and maintain key collateral and support materials

Role Description The Impact Specialist, Curriculum & Instruction are Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) who will advance core footprint alongside field teams through opportunity advisement and sales presentations that drive success in core adoptions, as they strengthen key literacy core implementations including pilots and efficacy work. ISPs will collaborate with a range of external and internal stakeholders to lead efforts that achieve our company goals in the core literacy and mathematics market. The impact you'll have: - Grow Core Adoption Impact: - Undergo a series of product and presentation training in conjunction with national directors that will ready and maintain gold standard presentation skills in service to revenue. - In collaboration with National Directors and internal product teams, develop and deliver awareness experiences to build curiosity and excitement among educators for our core array. - Develop ability to communicate features, advantages and benefits of the core offering in sales settings. - Engage with national and regional leadership to understand oncoming state adoption and open territory opportunities for securing our core footprint. - Develop deep understanding of emerging research, trends and legislation that impact curriculum and instruction, standards change, and anticipated practice shift in classrooms. - Strengthen Key Implementations: - Work closely with regional field teams to monitor and protect the health of core implementations. - Assist/advise field teams in responding to implementation challenges that arise. - Seek implementation health status with SME counterparts in literacy/mathematics for existing core adoptions. - Commit to Continued Professional Learning: - Demonstrate a commitment to continuous professional learning in the ever-evolving field of core curriculum by staying informed about emerging trends, research, and best practices in education. - Proactively Provide Feedback and Updates: - Ensure transparent and effective communication by disseminating clear, concise, and timely updates to stakeholders, fostering a shared understanding of project status and milestones. - Maintain and leverage data to report out on health of key core implementations. Requirements - Minimum of 5 years of experience in education with a focus on curriculum in your subject area. - Demonstrated effectiveness working cross-functionally, building relationships with remote teams, and working with a broad range of stakeholders. - Bachelor's degree in education, in your subject area, or related field; advanced degree preferred. - Travel: 60-70%; primarily multi-state travel within assigned region; overnight travel. Pay Range This role’s range is $69,250-$118,250. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that Curriculum Associates considers in making compensation decisions based on our Compensation Philosophy. Actual base pay within that range will vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, prior experience and relevant skill sets. At Curriculum Associates, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances for each case. • Partner with all teams across our Service department • Manage small- to medium-sized implementations of Curriculum Associates' products • Drive the annual license renewal and upsell process through high-quality service and attention to educator needs • Conduct regular check-ins to address and resolve educator concerns • Capture educator feedback on products • Uncover trends in data that highlight student performance and needs • Leverage data as a coaching tool towards equitable and engaging practices in the classroom • Cultivate champions and partners in assigned districts • Support new and prospective implementations by retrieving information for proper account set-up

• Own and manage territory planning operations, including territory design, account segmentation, alignment, and ongoing maintenance • Own and execute annual planning processes, including quota setting support, headcount modeling, and alignment with sales leadership on go-to-market strategy • Build, maintain, and enhance analytics and reporting to support decision-making across Sales and Service organizations, including Salesforce reports and dashboards and Power BI visualizations • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Business Systems to ensure accurate data flows and alignment across systems • Support automation and process improvement initiatives, including leveraging tools such as Alteryx, SQL, and BI platforms • Perform rigorous data validation to ensure accuracy and integrity of calculations, reports, and systems • Provide insights and recommendations through analysis of sales performance, territory effectiveness, and operational trends • Own and continuously improve key processes related to territory and planning operations, including identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable solutions • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and planning frameworks.

You'll partner with business leaders, functional teams, and executive stakeholders across a portfolio of complex, cross-functional AI initiatives — keeping projects on track, risks visible, and learnings accessible to the whole organization. Requirements - High emotional intelligence and ability to manage cross-functional and executive-level stakeholders through complex change - Strong strategic mindset and business acumen with sound judgment and creative problem-solving - Familiarity with transformation methodologies, including digital transformation approaches - Proficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, or similar - Change management experience and familiarity with research-backed frameworks and practices - Ability to guide executive-level decision-making — facilitating conversations, building consensus, and translating goals into clearly defined initiatives - Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills across diverse audiences - Ability to manage complex, emerging-technology initiatives with many stakeholders, evolving requirements, and cross-functional dependencies - Experience building centralized tracking, documentation, and knowledge-sharing mechanisms that improve visibility and reuse - Comfort working across business, technical, and operational teams to support scalable AI execution Benefits - Pay Range – This role’s range is $81,500 - $139,500.
