• Review and analyze conflicts information provided by lateral candidates • Identify potential conflict issues and provide resolutions • Utilize databases to review conflicts of interest reports • Facilitate resolution of potential conflicts for incoming portable work • Advise on necessary waivers • Assist in drafting waivers and engagement letters • Communicate with department leadership on complex conflicts questions • Maintain accurate records of conflicts resolutions

Qualifications - Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction. - 2–3 years of post-bar legal experience in employment law, government contracts, or a combination of both—gained through in-house, or government practice. - Working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and/or federal employment laws (Title VII, ADEA, ADA, FMLA, FLSA). - Strong experience interpreting laws, rules, and regulations at local, state, and federal levels. - Strong legal research and writing skills with the ability to distill complex issues into clear, actionable guidance. - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively in ambiguous or rapidly evolving environments. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. - Build and maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders, as well as external customers and business partners with whom Nava negotiates.
