• Assisting the firm’s attorneys & paralegals in managing a high volume of litigation matters • Communication with clients • Administrative responsibilities such as scanning, organizing, and recordkeeping • Assist with incoming and outbound mail • Manage hearing calendars

• Assisting new clients with the Firm’s digital onboarding process, including client intake, gathering & review of documents, and ensuring successful completion of client onboarding • Utilizing the Firm’s Salesforce CRM software in performing client-support tasks • Meeting high-quality performance requirements and goals for all tasks and responsibilities • Reviewing client documents for completeness and uploading to the Firm’s client management system • Following up with clients as needed to complete their onboarding • Other related tasks as instructed by the Firm’s attorneys
