Role Description Nava is seeking a consultant for shared services & platform expertise to build and maintain custom reports and configure Business Processes (BPs) as a shared service for all Workday-enabled units across Nava. - Serve as the company’s Workday SME, developing deep knowledge of platform capabilities and proactively identifying opportunities for greater leverage across the organization. - Make recommendations about additional Workday SKUs or features Nava could invest in. - Manage system updates, patches, and new feature rollouts. Data integrity responsibilities include: - Own long-term data integrity for Workday, including cross-functional collaboration to drive timely data updates and design processes that keep data accurate and reliable. - Establish and maintain data standards and protocols across the production environment. For integrations & vendor management: - Partner with IT as an internal business partner on system integrations; collaborate to evaluate scope and complexity and determine when third-party vendor support is needed. - Manage and coordinate third-party vendor relationships when external support is engaged. Stakeholder support & change management includes: - Develop testing frameworks and coordinate user acceptance testing across departments. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for all user groups. - Train and support end users across different functional areas. - Translate business requirements into technical Workday solutions. Total hours not to exceed 1,040 hours. Consultant shall use allotted hours based on Nava’s needs within the period of performance. Role Description The Credentialing Specialist serves as a subject matter expert (SME) responsible for the execution of credentialing processes in support of Nava’s state and federal programs. This role requires an active or obtainable Secret clearance and demonstrated experience executing credentialing within state and/or federal government contracting environments. The Credentialing Specialist ensures the timely, audit-ready management of credentialing operations, aligning with contract-specific requirements and stringent government standards, and operates with a high degree of autonomy – partnering with program leadership, identifying risks, and driving operational improvements. This is a specialized, hands-on role focused on credentialing within regulated government environments, including onboarding, verification, ongoing maintenance and renewals, offboarding, and compliance. What you'll do - Serve as the primary credentialing subject matter expert and internal escalation point across state and federal contracts - Interpreting and applying contract-specific, state, and federal credentialing requirements in day-to-day operations - Executing credentialing activities within government systems and portals, including initiating and managing credentialing workflows - Partnering with Program Managers, People Operations, and external stakeholders (e.g., CORs) to ensure requirements are clearly understood and met - Position summary The Communications Associate provides day-to-day communications support for Nava’s Federal Civilian (FedCiv), State, and Federal Health (FedHealth) portfolios. This role is focused on executional communications work, particularly press support, media coordination, and content development in order to help advance portfolio priorities and leadership visibility. Working closely with senior communications partners, portfolio leaders, and subject matter experts, the Communications Associate helps translate complex work into clear, accessible messaging for external audiences. This position requires exceptional attention to detail and a passion for delivering impactful messaging across various channels. What you'll do Portfolio Communications Support - Provide communications support for the FedCiv, State, and FedHealth portfolios, including drafting, editing, and coordinating materials for external audiences - Support portfolio leads and senior communicators with press-related needs, including background documents, briefing materials, and follow-up coordination. - Help translate technical or programmatic work into clear, audience-appropriate messaging. - Track portfolio communications needs and deadlines, ensuring timely execution and follow-through. - Maintain shared documents, trackers, and calendars related to portfolio communications work. Media Relations and Press Support - Draft and edit press releases, media pitches, talking points, and Q&A documents. - Support media outreach by maintaining press lists, coordinating interviews, and managing logistics. - Monitor media coverage relevant to Nava’s portfolio work and flag opportunities or risks to senior communications staff. - Assist with rapid-response communications as needed. Content Development - Support social media execution as needed (e.g., adapting press or blog content for social channels) - Ensure consistency with Nava’s voice, tone, and messaging guidelines.
