Role Description This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client’s time zone. The Performance Marketing Specialist will own the company's paid acquisition strategy across Meta while driving conversion rate optimization across the Shopify website. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on experimentation, enjoys making data-driven decisions, and has experience scaling DTC subscription brands. Key Responsibilities - Paid Media Strategy & Campaign Management - Build, launch, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns. - Manage traffic, conversion, and retargeting campaigns. - Continuously test audiences, creative, messaging, and offers. - Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize budget allocation. - Scale winning campaigns while maintaining efficiency. - Attribution, Tracking & Analytics - Maintain Meta Pixel implementation and tracking accuracy. - Develop and manage UTM tracking structures. - Support server-side tracking and third-party attribution platforms. - Ensure advertising performance is accurately measured. - Monitor campaign attribution and reporting integrity. - Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) - Identify opportunities to improve Shopify conversion rates. - Execute structured A/B testing across landing pages, messaging, pricing, and calls-to-action. - Analyze customer behavior and conversion data. - Implement optimization initiatives that improve revenue and membership growth. - Performance Reporting & Optimization - Track KPIs including CPC, CTR, ROAS, conversion rate, and customer acquisition costs. - Develop recurring performance reports. - Identify optimization opportunities using campaign data. - Recommend strategies to improve advertising performance and profitability. - Creative Strategy & Collaboration - Develop creative testing ideas based on campaign performance. - Brief new advertising concepts using performance insights. - Collaborate closely with leadership on campaign strategy and priorities. - Support continuous creative experimentation to improve acquisition results. Qualifications - 2+ years of experience managing Meta advertising campaigns. - Experience supporting DTC or subscription-based brands preferred. - Experience implementing advertising attribution and tracking systems. - Experience improving website conversion rates through structured experimentation. - Experience managing paid acquisition campaigns focused on customer growth. - Experience working with Shopify. - Experience with TikTok Ads is a plus. Requirements - Strong expertise with Meta Ads Manager. - Experience implementing Meta Pixel. - Experience building UTM tracking structures. - Familiarity with server-side tracking. - Experience with Triple Whale. - Experience with Hyros. - Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO). - Strong analytical and reporting skills. - Experience conducting A/B testing. - Working knowledge of Shopify. - Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics including CPC, CTR, ROAS, and conversion rate. - Excellent organizational and communication skills.
