• Design, build, and maintain scalable automated test frameworks from scratch — not inherited or extended from existing suites • Serve as the primary subject matter expert on test automation tools, techniques, and best practices across the engineering organization • Establish architecture, folder structure, conventions, and shared patterns for the automation codebase • Maintain test suites for reliability and maintainability as the platform evolves • Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or equivalent) to support continuous delivery • Design pipeline triggers, handle test parallelism and flakiness, and own reporting and alerting within the pipeline • Identify gaps in current testing infrastructure and proactively propose and implement improvements • Partner with DevOps and Engineering to ensure test execution environments are reliable and representative • Partner with product managers and developers to integrate automation early in the SDLC, promoting a shift-left quality mindset • Influence team QA practices through documentation, mentorship, and standards-setting — not just personal execution • Review pull requests for testability and advocate for design choices that improve coverage and maintainability • Stay current on emerging testing tools, frameworks, and industry trends
• Serve as the primary strategic contact for assigned credit union customers • Develop trusted relationships with executive leadership, operational leaders, and key stakeholders • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) • Create and maintain Success Plans for at-risk and strategic accounts • Drive customer engagement through proactive outreach and relationship-building activities • Act as the voice of the customer internally • Identify customer risks early and coordinate cross-functional efforts to resolve concerns • Monitor customer health indicators and take action before issues impact satisfaction • Help customers maximize utilization of Sharetec products and services • Partner closely with Support, Product, Professional Services, Sales, and Leadership teams
• Own and grow a book of business through renewals, upsells, and cross-sell opportunities • Meet or exceed revenue targets through client growth and retention strategies • Lead contract renewal conversations and manage negotiations in collaboration with internal teams • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at credit union clients • Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients maximize the value of their Sharetec investment • Drive product adoption and identify opportunities to improve client operational efficiency • Develop and execute account plans and sales strategies aligned to client needs and Sharetec’s offerings • Leverage CRM tools and data insights to manage pipeline, improve forecasting, and optimize performance • Conduct regular client reviews and strategic planning conversations • Partner with marketing, product, support, and implementation teams to deliver client value
• Own the ZoomInfo ABM platform end-to-end: ICP account list construction, intent data monitoring, contact enrichment, and territory-level targeting • Monitor intent signals and surface prioritized accounts to the sales team weekly • Own ZoomInfo data hygiene and Salesforce sync • Own the Active Campaign platform: workflow architecture, list segmentation, lead scoring, automation sequences, and SFDC integration • Build and manage segmented nurture campaigns for new logo prospects and upsell targets • Report campaign performance to the CRO weekly: open rates, click-through rates, MQL conversions, and pipeline influence • Build and maintain campaign-specific landing pages in Webflow for ABM campaigns, product launches, event promotion, and gated content • Optimize conversion performance through A/B testing and iterative improvement • Ensure all pages reflect current brand standards and integrate with Active Campaign and Salesforce • Partner with the Salesforce Administrator as the primary marketing-side technical collaborator for all marketing-to-SFDC integrations • Co-own lead routing rules, campaign member statuses, MQL assignment logic, lifecycle stage transitions, and opportunity influence tracking • Own UTM structure, campaign attribution, and pipeline source tracking in partnership with the Salesforce Administrator • Own the marketing-sourced pipeline dashboard and deliver weekly reports to the CRO • Provide biweekly performance insights identifying wins, underperforming segments, and optimization opportunities • Deliver quarterly CAC and marketing ROI analysis across channels
Role Description Sharetec is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our team! We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our Digital team as a core full stack builder and technical owner. You'll work alongside a close-knit team of engineers to design, build, and maintain the products and platform that power Sharetec's Digital Banking experience — serving hundreds of credit union customers and their members. This is a high-impact role on a focused team with a big roadmap. You'll contribute directly to significant product modernization initiatives, deliver features across our Digital Banking applications, and play a key role in architecting a new API layer that will expand the capabilities of Sharetec's Digital Banking platform. • Mobile Deployment Ownership: Own end-to-end deployment, publishing, and configuration for iOS and Android mobile applications. • Automation & Infrastructure-as-Code: Design, build, and maintain Ansible automation for deployments, APIs, IIS configuration, certificate rotation, and environment standardization. • Application Hosting & Platform Support: Operate and tune IIS in Windows-based production environments, including performance optimization and safe restarts.
