Paid Media Manager
Vestd
• Paid media strategy and optimisation: managing and improving Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads across multiple business units, owning campaign structure, targeting, bidding, creative testing and ongoing performance improvement. • Channel development and experimentation: identifying and testing new acquisition channels beyond Google and LinkedIn, designing structured experiments and making evidence-based recommendations on where Vestd should invest. • Cross-functional collaboration: working closely with Sales, Product, RevOps, Finance and the CRO team to improve targeting, conversion and attribution; briefing creative partners and supporting ABM activity. • Reporting and attribution: connecting paid media activity to commercial outcomes, maintaining clear account structures, and managing relationships with relevant partners, agencies and tools. • Learning and innovation: staying close to platform changes and industry trends, using AI and automation to improve efficiency, and sharing knowledge with the broader Marketing team.
Job Requirements
- Significant hands-on experience managing and optimising Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads in a B2B environment.
- Proven track record of improving paid acquisition performance and contributing to measurable pipeline or revenue growth.
- Strong analytical skills, comfortable working with attribution, CRM and funnel data, not just platform metrics.
- A proactive, commercially curious mindset: spots issues and opportunities without waiting to be asked.
- Confident communicating performance and recommendations to non-marketing stakeholders.
- Proficient with GA4 or similar analytics tools, and experienced with HubSpot or equivalent CRM.
- Comfortable using AI tools as part of day-to-day workflow.
- Impeccable attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- You must be comfortable with working in a remote-first environment.
