Master Data Specialist

• Create, update, validate, and maintain master data records including customers, vendors, materials, warehouses, pricing, BOMs, routings, and related ERP data. • Acting as the golden record owner (ensuring customer master data is updated across ERP, CRM and E-commerce platform). • Maintain customer master data and pricing files within SAP and related systems. • Ensure compliance with internal data governance standards, naming conventions, and classification structures. • Partner with Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Sales, Manufacturing, Customer Service, and IT teams to support business requirements and integrations. • Serve as the subject-matter expert for master data processes, workflows, and troubleshooting before escalating to IT. • Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and reduction of manual work. • Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, training materials, and user support documentation. • Generate reports and perform root-cause analysis on data quality and process issues. • Support audits and compliance requirements (SOX)
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- 3+ years of experience in customer service, master data management, or ERP support roles.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish: spoken, written and reading required.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.
- Experience with SAP required.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with high attention to detail, excellent verbal, written, and electronic communication skills.

• Work closely with Project Managers to coordinate high demand projects within U.S. Data Center Services. • Support execution of project activities to ensure on-time delivery within project budget and operating model. • Conduct analysis of plan versus actual project performance. • Monitor and release requests for invoicing, including follow up on delays, errors, etc. • Support coordination of various administrative tasks, ensuring proper documentation and follow up via email, SharePoint, and Project Management software. • Meet internal and customer driven SLAs and response times, ensuring proactive engagement across all assigned projects. • Assist project manager with scheduling kickoff and recurring meetings with stakeholders. • Troubleshoot and resolve coordination and/or administrative concerns. • Act as backup support to project manager on weekly calls. • Review project plans to ensure that site safety and integrity topics are identified and addressed prior to project commencement.
