Master Data Senior Specialist

• Coordination/ implementation of quality process and cooperation with functional, governance teams and business groups with an E2E business mindset • Execute tasks which require E2E understanding and change impact analysis (steps performed outside of DMO team) • Identify and propose quality service expansions or other E2E process efficiency improvement opportunities • Serve as support for internal queries related to complex transactional requests that imply data quality opportunities (cleansing efforts, process gaps, controls, audits, etc.) • Responsible for creation / maintenance of process documentation for Data Health team • Work with non-standard scenarios, complex cases and coordination of cleansing efforts for CO organization • Responsible for team members onboarding and providing training (refreshments / process changes) • Improve and develop internal processes and control them, with close connection to global/area SMEs, quality and process experts or global/regional process leaders • Responsible for development of ad-hoc reports and analysis • Responsible for project management, quality process improvement or any other initiatives (including projects related to new processes design) • Consolidated partnership with other teams (internal or external to DMO, global, regional or local) to ensure clear understanding of data health implementation and change impacts and change management requirements • Deliver cost-effective, high-performance master data solutions • Drive or lead ad-hoc critical business cleansing efforts • May include participation in ERP Deployment activities (ie PIT/UAT testing) • Participation/leading in regional or global projects/ initiatives • May include development and maintenance of automated quality solutions utilized in daily operations • Acting as active back up for Team Leader
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university or 3-6 years of equivalent work experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Operations and/or IT
- 5-7 years of equivalent work experience working with data quality, master data management and/or data governance within a global master data environment or familiarity working with Supply Chain processes and data
- English on at least communicative level
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Previous experience working with SAP
- Previous experience with process development and/or business process redesign experience
- Previous experience in Lean Six Sigma, project management and/or agile methodology preferred
- Ability to work outside of standard working hours
