SEO Manager, Healthcare
Power Digital Marketing
• SEO Manager will be responsible for day-to-day support & management of client strategies who run SEO efforts from auditing & on boarding to monthly content and technical execution. • Own the SEO and AIO strategy for a subset of clients in Healthcare • Lead in creation of strategic client roadmaps that align with SEO best practices and client business goals • As a key member of an SEO pod – support in managing implementation of SEO optimizations on client WordPress sites • Support in the development and jointly present monthly performance reports to Account Managers and client points of contact • Serve as true subject matter experts for clients and Account Managers as it relates to content and technical SEO strategies • Lead core management of all things SEO: SEO strategy, UX, onsite content and link building • Conduct ongoing keyword research and mapping to identify target topics and develop relevant content and on-page optimization strategies
Job Requirements
- 2-5 years delivering digital campaigns that deliver actual business results
- A proven track record of SEO wins (e.g., designing, building, and optimizing highly successful campaigns, delivering volume and best-in-class).
- Strong background in WordPress to make website changes, SEO optimizations, and troubleshooting.
- Comfortable meeting with clients & presenting a cohesive strategy
- Ability to build & direct a team of skilled content & SEO partners

- Ability to interpret analytics data and develop campaigns that increase client performance

• Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy spanning technical, on-page, and off-page disciplines. • Conduct in-depth keyword research and search intent mapping to identify content and ranking opportunities across the full funnel. • Optimize product pages, category pages, and landing pages for both traditional search and AI-powered search surfaces. • Collaborate with content and creative teams to produce SEO-optimized content briefs and audit existing content for gap and improvement opportunities. • Manage technical SEO health including site architecture, crawlability, page speed, Core Web Vitals, and structured data/schema markup. • Monitor, analyze, and report on organic performance using Google Search Console, GA4, and rank tracking tools.
• Write clear, engaging, and deeply empathetic blog posts, landing pages, guides, and FAQs regarding ADHD and Autism assessments specifically tailored for a UK audience. • Conduct keyword research focusing on UK search trends and implement on-page SEO best practices (meta titles, descriptions, heading structures, internal linking). • Translate complex medical/psychological concepts into warm, easy-to-understand, and stigma-free content. • Attend real-time meetings and collaborate closely with our UK-based clinical and marketing teams during UK working hours. • Adapt to and write for UK English standards, ensuring content aligns with UK healthcare terminology.
