SVP – Global Field Engineering

nCino, Inc.

• Define and lead a bold Field Engineering strategy that raises the bar for how nCino engages clients, prospects and partners. • Lead, develop, and scale a high-performing global Field Engineering organization comprised of Pre-sales Product Specialists and Solution Architects. • Own and drive nCino’s global demo strategy, establishing standards that position nCino as the definitive Agentic Platform for Banking. • Build and standardize global standards, enablement systems, discovery methodologies, coverage models, and engagement frameworks across NA, EMEA, and APAC. • Provide strategic leadership that shapes and executes a Field Engineering strategy that supports nCino’s growth objectives. • Demonstrate command of regulatory environments and how they shape banking operations and risk mitigation globally.

Job Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree and 16+ years of professional experience in enterprise and mid-market software, including 6+ years leading global Field Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or Pre-sales organizations at scale, with concentrated focus on Financial Services.
  • Strong technical competence and AI fluency, with deep banking domain expertise.
  • Proven track record building and scaling technical pre-sales teams across multiple geographies, including EMEA and APAC.
  • Deep expertise in outcome-based selling and executive-level engagement strategy.
  • Strong command of AI and modern cloud platform narratives; ability to translate technical capability into compelling business value for financial services buyers.
  • Experience partnering with a CRO and cross-functional C-suite to align Field Engineering strategy with broader revenue goals.
  • Equally credible with a bank’s Line of Business Leaders, Chief Lending Officer, Compliance/MLRO’s, and CIO/CTO.
