Role Description We are currently searching for a Senior Product Specialist that will work in tandem with the Direct Sales team, Product Development, and Professional Services. • Define and lead a bold Field Engineering strategy that raises the bar for how nCino engages clients, prospects and partners. • Lead, develop, and scale a high-performing global Field Engineering organization comprised of Pre-sales Product Specialists and Solution Architects. • Own and drive nCino’s global demo strategy, establishing standards that position nCino as the definitive Agentic Platform for Banking. • Build and standardize global standards, enablement systems, discovery methodologies, coverage models, and engagement frameworks across NA, EMEA, and APAC. • Provide strategic leadership that shapes and executes a Field Engineering strategy that supports nCino’s growth objectives. • Demonstrate command of regulatory environments and how they shape banking operations and risk mitigation globally.
• Ability to manage and deliver multiple complex programs concurrently, eg. larger customers or implementing multiple lines of business. • Responsible for leading and consulting customers through a digital transformation program using the Salesforce platform and nCino Bank Operating System • Plan and designate program resources, communicate burn summaries, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed • Drive the nCino single platform vision and adoption throughout the entire customer organization from executives to individual contributors • Establish relationships with both technology partners and internal key stakeholders • Work with product management team and senior leadership team to assist in prioritizing product enhancements to drive roadmap decisions, revenue, and customer retention • Serve as the first point of escalation for nCino project delivery on customer issues partnering with nCino leadership • Work with nCino implementation team consisting of Banking, Configuration, Integration and Product Development SME(s) to define the work breakdown and detailed tasks • Utilize an Agile process to assess a customer's current state, determine future state, identify the gaps and implications of potential obstacles and risks • Analyze the current and future state data, technical, application, identify dependencies and business architecture needed; verify and modify recommended implementation plan based on customer input and existing/inflight customer programs • Assist customers with user acceptance testing of the nCino Bank Operating System and train on methodology including streamlining, simplification and automation of tasks • Provide regular updates to executive sponsor and internal nCino senior leadership on the status of each customer’s program delivery and detail the achievements against the agreed business metrics • Provide Subject Matter Expertise as it relates to the lending and banking environments • Perform detailed deeper dive product demonstrations • Develop broad understanding of cross-organizational programs and operations across the nCino solutions and how those align with the Financial Institutions operating process • Consult on program management processes, best practices and methodologies within the program teams

• Own and grow an existing book of business within the Farm Credit vertical, with a focus on account expansion, pipeline management, and long-term relationship health across the customer lifecycle. • Identify and close growth opportunities within named accounts by maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and partnering closely with Customer Success, Professional Services, and Sales Operations. • Navigate Farm Credit organizations effectively, understanding cooperative governance structures, and identifying opportunities to extend the nCino solution across business lines. • Apply a consultative sales approach grounded in deep knowledge of the Farm Credit System, FCA regulatory requirements, and ag-specific concepts including crop cycles, FSA programs, and commodity-driven credit risk. • Develop and execute strategic account plans that drive upsell and expansion while supporting customer satisfaction and long-term reference ability. • Build and maintain executive-level relationships independently, engaging senior leadership and C-suite stakeholders with credibility and presence. • Manage a complex, multi-stage pipeline while staying ahead of relationship health across existing customers.

• As a Strategic Account Manager, you will serve as the senior executive covering the most strategic IMB enterprise accounts in the Midwest territory. • Leverage existing relationships with executives and business unit leaders to understand their unique company challenges and to influence their perspective of nCino solutions. • Create, identify and close sales for a specific set of named IMB accounts. • Expand nCino presence within existing enterprise clients by maintaining relationships with key client stakeholders and partnering with nCino’s Customer Success team. • Thoroughly understand mortgage operations within your designated IMB customers and navigate the organization to identify opportunities to extend the nCino solution. • Use a consultative sales approach to identify client needs and use detailed knowledge of the nCino solution and the Salesforce.com platform to challenge customers. • Develop plans and resource requirements to drive our existing customers to upsell and add new products. • Analyze and measure account plans for customer and company success.
