• Responsible for customer relationship management by responding to clients within designated timeframes regarding inquiries, complaints, service calls and site evaluations on instrumentation. • Independently manages schedules including travel arrangements, appointments at client site and coordination of order and delivery of parts. • Coordinates and executes hardware upgrades and regulatory documents associated with client site. • Collaborates with project team and performs software upgrades and product installations including installation, operational and performance qualifications. • Ensures proper transition of project timeline to Technical Application Team. • Proactively and independently manages ongoing preventive maintenance calls per manufacturers requirements including scheduling with client, documenting and attaching work in CRM per regulatory guidelines within designated timeframes. • Partners with Telephone Support Team to provide additional technical guidance via phone and schedule corrective service activities per scope of work listed in client contract as needed.
• Serve as a primary operational point of contact after the client’s initial purchase of human-derived or pharma-related materials. • Manage day-to-day communication with clients, ensuring timely and accurate responses. • Support forecast consolidation, demand visibility, and pipeline accuracy in coordination with the commercial and supply chain teams. • Lead coordination across sales, marketing, product, finance, operations, and other internal stakeholders to support complex deals and enterprise accounts. • Identify and support opportunities to expand orders as client programs progress or scale up.
• Responsible for promoting and selling Grifols plasma products and related service and diagnostic programs to hospitals and physicians in the assigned territory • Maximize profitability by increasing acceptance of our products and service programs • Develop a network of potential customers • Build long-term customer relationships • Organize and conduct events and trainings for customers (physicians & medical staff) • Represent Grifols at regional and national conferences • Continuous reporting and documentation of data in the designated sales support systems • Ongoing market analysis and monitoring of competitor activities • Communicate market information and competitor activity to direct supervisor(s) and relevant departments (e.g., Marketing, Medical, etc.)
• Responsible for selling and promoting Grifols products to hospitals, pharmacies and physicians • Increase acceptance of Grifols products and services among physicians and nursing staff in specialized areas • Provide services, information and product training • Implement communication concepts and sales strategies • Build a network of specialized centers, hospitals and physicians • Plan and conduct continuing education events and training sessions
• Proactively identify potential clients through outreach (calls, emails, visits, events, and networking). • Schedule introductory meetings and support the qualification of new opportunities. • Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and identify new opportunities. • Prepare drafts of proposals, presentations, quotations, and manage sales contracts for internal review.

• Responsible for clinical strategy relating to upcoming clinical trials • Serve as the Program Physician for associated clinical trials • Work closely with preclinical scientists • Review safety data for individual subjects • Provide strategic input for clinical development plans
• Oversee all aspects of in-center activations and event logistics across Grifols Plasma donation centers • Align activation strategies with center-specific needs • Track center’s performance and oversee marketing impact at the center level • Develop initiatives aligned with local insights to achieve goals • Ensure brand consistency across all in-center marketing materials
