Regional Vice President

• Drive sales growth and production outcomes across your region through assisting with building a comprehensive business plan focused on expanding distribution, increasing firm output, and influencing performance • Partner directly with Principal Owners (POs) and field leaders to improve productivity and business performance, using data, insights, and targeted coaching to drive results • Play a central role in firm expansion and strategic initiatives, including supporting merger discussions and evaluating growth opportunities • Act as a key liaison between the Field and Home Office, partnering with key stakeholders with in Client Solutions & Wealth Management, Compliance, Legal, and other stakeholders to address complex business and regulatory matters • Influence and support succession planning across firms to ensure continuity, long-term growth, and leadership bench strength • Serve as a trusted advisor and connector across teams, ensuring alignment and momentum on key initiatives that align to Guardians and Client Solutions & Wealth Managements overall strategy
Job Requirements
- Proven experience consulting on driving sales growth, development and productivity within a field-based, firm, or financial services environment
- Demonstrated success in assisting with business planning aligned to strategic growth initiatives including but not limited to, influencing production outcomes, recruiting, market expansion, performance and succession planning
- Sound business judgment and the ability to navigate escalations, exception requests, and ambiguous challenges, balancing business impact and risk to both the Firm and Guardian
- Track record of building strong, trust-based relationships across both field and home office partners
- Deep understanding of distribution economics and performance drivers, including recruiting and production metrics
- Familiarity with field compensation structures and incentive models
- Leadership style aligned to Guardian’s values

• Own long-term customer LTV as your core KPI, setting lifecycle and retention strategy to move it • Operationalize personalization and segmentation so the right message reaches the right customer at the right time, by default • Embed AI into flows, reporting, and creative generation to multiply team output without adding headcount • Lead and develop a team of 3 (Director Subscriber Experience, Senior Manager Lifecycle & Retention, and Manager Lifecycle & Retention), raising the bar on what they own and how they operate • Test and scale new 1:1 channels — Direct Mail, Instagram DM, WhatsApp — beyond email/SMS • Partner closely with Ecommerce, CX, Performance, and Brand as the cross-functional voice of LTV • Support the Director of Subscriber Experience in driving loyalty/membership and subscription strategy forward — acting as a thought partner and blocker-remover on cancel-flow and save-strategy work
• Own the global product roadmap • Define, maintain, and communicate 3–6 month and 6–12 month roadmaps • Drive product enhancements that meet the requirements of diverse markets • Identify and prioritise the processor integrations that unlock growth across regions • Get involved early in the sales cycle — supporting prospect conversations, shaping scoping discussions • Work shoulder-to-shoulder with engineering and professional services to sequence work effectively
