• Concept, film, and edit UGC style content for the Ü Snacks portfolio • Produce polished, launch-ready ads for Meta, TikTok, and Google • Build platform-specific static ads for feed, story, and reels • Produce fresh hooks and format cuts for testing pipeline • Manage file naming, specs, and delivery for ad account • Use LA studio on a regular basis for production • Support Creative Strategy team on emerging brands and launches • Manage a working content budget for shoots
• Own end-to-end site strategy and roadmap across multi-brand Shopify environment • Lead and develop a cross-functional team spanning ecommerce, engineering, design, and CRO • Own conversion rate by setting and defending the bar for site experience and funnel optimization • Drive a unified account experience across brands • Act as internal PM for engineering and design • Own site stability, speed, infrastructure, and performance • Partner with Paid, Lifecycle, and Brand to co-own First Order volume and retention • Launch new brands from the ground up • Build an AI-forward operating model
• Own long-term customer LTV as your core KPI, setting lifecycle and retention strategy to move it • Operationalize personalization and segmentation so the right message reaches the right customer at the right time, by default • Embed AI into flows, reporting, and creative generation to multiply team output without adding headcount • Lead and develop a team of 3 (Director Subscriber Experience, Senior Manager Lifecycle & Retention, and Manager Lifecycle & Retention), raising the bar on what they own and how they operate • Test and scale new 1:1 channels — Direct Mail, Instagram DM, WhatsApp — beyond email/SMS • Partner closely with Ecommerce, CX, Performance, and Brand as the cross-functional voice of LTV • Support the Director of Subscriber Experience in driving loyalty/membership and subscription strategy forward — acting as a thought partner and blocker-remover on cancel-flow and save-strategy work

• Own day-to-day campaign management, optimization, and pacing across Meta for Grüns Adult • Manage and optimize paid social spend at scale • Execute full-funnel paid social strategy across prospecting, retargeting, and retention • Partner with the Creative Strategist to concept, test, and iterate on ad creative • Lead structured creative testing programs and turn results into actionable insights • Support and scale whitelisting and creator amplification programs • Monitor performance daily against CAC, ROAS, and revenue targets • Contribute to landing page and CRO initiatives • Stay current on platform changes, creator trends, and emerging tools
