• Own the global product roadmap • Define, maintain, and communicate 3–6 month and 6–12 month roadmaps • Drive product enhancements that meet the requirements of diverse markets • Identify and prioritise the processor integrations that unlock growth across regions • Get involved early in the sales cycle — supporting prospect conversations, shaping scoping discussions • Work shoulder-to-shoulder with engineering and professional services to sequence work effectively
• Lead and own the U.S. pre-sales function. • Drive strategic execution that accelerates processor, ISV, and strategic client integrations. • Improve Aevi’s ease of engagement across the region. • Build a high-performing pre-sales organisation that enables growth. • Reduce technical friction and strengthen Aevi’s position as the preferred partner for in-person payment orchestration in the U.S. market. • Work closely with Sales, Product, Partner Management, Delivery, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. • Ensure customers and partners receive a consistent, high-quality experience throughout the sales cycle. • Translate market requirements into scalable technical solutions. • Support growth across multiple sectors and strategic customer opportunities.
• Act as a key technical authority across Aevi’s platforms • Lead complex investigations and resolve business-critical production incidents • Shape technical solutions across distributed payment systems • Operate as an L3/L4 escalation point, working across Engineering, Architecture, Product, Delivery and external partners • Mentor analysts and strengthen engineering processes • Actively contribute to platform stability and technical excellence
• Own and scale partner strategy • Build a strong partner ecosystem to drive indirect revenue and long-term growth • Establish scalable partner programs with clear structure, governance, and performance tracking • Develop and manage a partner-sourced pipeline and co-sell motions • Create and execute joint go-to-market plans with strategic partners • Expand Aevi’s footprint across key customer segments and target markets • Develop and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders across key partners and ecosystem players • Partner with Marketing to deliver targeted campaigns and thought leadership initiatives for the US market • Own partner metrics, KPIs, and revenue targets • Represent Aevi at industry events, conferences, and partner engagements
• You'll be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, helping them achieve their technical goals while also identifying new opportunities for growth. • You'll work closely with our internal technical teams to deliver solutions that meet our clients' needs and ensure their satisfaction. • Your ability to build strong relationships, identify new business opportunities, and deliver value to our clients will be essential to our success. • Your understanding of the commercial aspects of the business, such as forecasting revenue and managing margins, will be essential in achieving financial targets. • In addition, you will need to work closely with the sales team and account managers to identify revenue growth opportunities and support new business sales campaigns. • Furthermore, your strong customer service skills and ability to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction for IT services will be critical to maintaining and growing customer relationships. • You will need to be proactive in identifying customer feedback and facilitating service improvement initiatives to continually enhance the customer experience.
