Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience within the service industry in sales, business operations, or related fields, with a strong track record of achieving financial targets.
- At least 5 years of management experience, with a proven track record in recruiting and developing senior professionals in a B2B setting, ideally within a national or North American territory.
- Proven ability to recruit, develop, and mentor high-performing teams.
- Strategic thinker with excellent decision-making skills and the ability to leverage market insights.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to fostering a positive work environment.
- Must have valid driver license, registered vehicle, and vehicle insurance.

Role Description As the Vice President of Auto Casualty Claims Consulting, you will lead claims performance consulting engagements as part of the Enlyte CMO for Tier-1 insurance carriers, serving as the connective tissue between complex data silos and executive action. You will orchestrate a multidisciplinary, decentralized team to transform first-party claims data, internal benchmarking, and macro-industry trends into comprehensive strategic roadmaps. Your primary mandate is to move beyond reporting and define the narrative of program success and architect the next generation of program offerings (internal and external). Key Responsibilities - Data Synthesis & Strategic Benchmarking: - Synthesize internal proprietary benchmarks with broader automotive industry trends and program specific data to provide clients with competitive "market-positioning" lens. - Translate abstract data into executive-ready narratives that articulate program ROI (and other forms of success) and pinpoint specific "opportunities for excellence" within the carrier’s first-party ecosystem. - Cross-Functional Team Orchestration: - Lead and synchronize a decentralized, multidisciplinary team of analysts, ensuring seamless collaboration between: - Analysts: Evaluating program performance through benchmarking (internal and external), book of business trends, and client specific data. - Regulatory Compliance: - Navigating state-by-state regulatory changes that affect the business of insurance and claims. - Program Management: - Driving the tactical execution of consulting recommendations. - Marketing: - Aligning consumer-facing value propositions with back-end actuarial realities. - Performance Storytelling & Visualization: - Design and present high-level "Success Scorecards" to client C-Suites, utilizing benchmarking internal and external data to prove the efficacy of implemented strategies against industry standards. - Lead the "Insight-to-Action" process, turning analytical findings into strategies and operational shifts. - Strategic Client Advisory: - Act as a high-level advisor on the integration of people, process, and technology that will enhance program design and improve outcomes.
