Product Operations Manager – WFE Platform & Services

• Develop understanding of platform features and functions • Act as Internal Subject Matter Expert for WFE platform • Create internal training content related to WFE platform • Partner with Sales, Advising, CSMs, and Account managers • Participate in client conversations to understand needs • Contribute to user experience strategy and roadmap • Inform product, design, content, and UX strategies
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant work experience including 1+ years in Product Operations, Sales Operations, Client Implementation, or similar
- Experience using data to inform decision making
- Experience working cross functionally with the ability to influence without authority
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
