Role Description Integration Specialists are the operational backbone of EvenUp's integration delivery pipeline. You'll own the intake, configuration, and go-live of system integrations between EvenUp and legal Case Management Systems (CMS) — working closely with the sales team to move new customers efficiently from signed contract into a live, functioning integration. This role is primarily internal and operational. You'll manage the intake funnel, keep multiple concurrent integration projects organized and progressing, and coordinate across Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to deliver on time. Customer communication is part of the job, but the core of your work is building and running a reliable, scalable integration delivery process.
