• Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Data Science teams to support the development and launch of AI-powered features • Design, test, and refine the logic, prompts, and workflows that drive AI-generated insights • Evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, clarity, and consistency; identify gaps and recommend improvements • Help define clear inputs, outputs, and dependencies across AI-driven workflows • Create and maintain documentation, playbooks, and internal guidance to support consistent execution • Identify operational risks, quality issues, or ambiguity early and work cross-functionally to resolve them • Act as a cross-functional connector, translating between technical, legal, and operational perspectives • Support client-facing teams by enabling scalable customization and troubleshooting complex issues when needed

• Lead the development and evolution of standardized product management processes, frameworks, and operating models. • Guide product planning and portfolio governance across teams, ensuring consistent inputs, criteria, and visibility for decision‑making. • Oversee operational execution rhythms across the product lifecycle, ensuring key deliverables, cross‑functional agreement, and launch readiness. • Manage product management tools and data systems, ensuring structured usage, reliable reporting, and actionable insights for product leadership. • Establish and maintain dashboards and metrics that track roadmap progress, product performance, and operational health. • Be a central coordination point between Product and cross‑functional partners to ensure smooth execution and communication. • Guide post‑launch evaluations and continuous improvement efforts to enhance future releases and operational effectiveness.

• Own the operating cadence and execution rhythm for Product, Engineering, and Services • KPI and OKR discipline for these functions • Cross-functional release planning and readiness • Visibility into delivery risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs • Hands-on ownership of operating forums, updates, and execution tracking

• Champion a scalable product development process to increase velocity, transparency and quality across teams. • Partner closely with Product Managers to remove friction from the product development process, ensuring the smooth launch of critical initiatives. • Develop systems that improve cross-functional communication and alignment between Product, Design, Engineering, QA, Marketing and Release teams, ensuring strong execution at every release. • Own and continuously improve the product delivery tech stack to improve async communication, visibility, and execution in a fast-paced environment. • Build systems to translate business and customer insights into actionable product decisions, informing product strategy and prioritization. • Apply an AI-first mindset to automate reporting, workflows, and operational tasks, reducing manual overhead and increasing leverage. • Contribute to raising overall product team maturity, quality standards, and execution discipline across teams.
