Senior Performance Marketing Manager

• Serve as the centralized performance marketing expert across the IPH portfolio, providing strategic guidance to Brand, Aggregator, Commercial, and Executive Leadership teams. • Evaluate performance across brands, acquisition channels, and customer journeys to identify growth opportunities, investment priorities, and performance risks. • Analyze customer acquisition economics, including media efficiency, customer acquisition cost, lifetime value, and return on marketing investment, and translate findings into actionable recommendations. • Assess how owned brands, aggregator partners, and acquisition channels interact across the portfolio, identifying opportunities to improve overall enterprise performance while minimizing overlap and cannibalization. • Partner with stakeholders to shape acquisition strategies, budget allocation decisions, and growth priorities across the portfolio. • Support growth strategy for IPH-owned aggregators and external marketplace partners by evaluating acquisition performance, funnel effectiveness, and expansion opportunities. • Monitor competitive activity, marketplace dynamics, and industry trends to identify risks and opportunities that impact portfolio growth. • Partner with Analytics teams to strengthen attribution, forecasting, incrementality testing, and performance measurement frameworks. • Lead performance marketing strategy across paid search, paid social, affiliate/aggregator, and emerging acquisition channels. • Partner with internal teams, agencies, and platform partners to drive best-in-class campaign execution, optimization, and performance improvement. • Identify and prioritize opportunities across audience targeting, bidding strategies, creative, landing pages, customer journeys, and conversion optimization. • Develop acquisition strategies that connect awareness, consideration, and conversion efforts into a cohesive growth framework. • Evaluate new acquisition channels, technologies, and marketing capabilities that can expand customer acquisition capacity and improve efficiency. • Monitor the evolving impact of AI-powered search, answer engines, agentic experiences, and emerging discovery platforms, developing recommendations for how IPH should adapt its acquisition strategies. • Identify opportunities to leverage AI-driven marketing technologies, automation, and new acquisition models to drive competitive advantage and long-term growth.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related quantitative field.
- 6–10+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, digital acquisition, media strategy, or related disciplines.
- Deep expertise in paid search and paid social marketing, including platform management and optimization.
- Strong understanding of attribution methodologies, incrementality testing, measurement frameworks, and marketing analytics.
- Experience managing or influencing multi-million-dollar media budgets.
- Demonstrated ability to diagnose performance issues and translate insights into actionable growth strategies.
- Strong understanding of customer acquisition funnels, conversion optimization, and digital marketing economics.
- Experience working with agencies, platform partners, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Familiarity with marketplace, aggregator, affiliate, comparison shopping, or lead generation business models preferred.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
