• Contact dormant leads via phone to invite them to a paid event • Meet daily targets for sales performance and ticket sales • Use sales skills to persuade leads to purchase tickets • Maintain accurate records of calls made and follow-up actions • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall sales targets • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance • Analyse sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement • Provide regular updates on sales performance to the team and management • Stay up-to-date with company promotions and product offerings
Job Requirements
- At least 2 years' experience in sales
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Confidence using tools such as CRM software and phone systems
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach
- Previous experience working with UK clients or companies is advantageous
- Access to a reliable laptop, stable internet connection, and a quiet working environment
