Charity Navigator

• Responsible for the program strategy creation, management, and implementation of the national assigned program area. • Proactively monitors, manages, and mitigates risk associated to brand, legal and financial risk to the organization. • Responsible for research, recruitment, reputation management, training, and sustained cultivation of key external and internal relationships. • Focus on continuous improvement through performance metrics analysis, test and learn opportunities, speed to market strategies and post-delivery evaluation.

Job Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree or more than 5 years of experience.
  • Requires Travel at least 50% of the time including nights and weekends (applies to Music & Audio roles)
  • Experience with internal communication, budgeting, and special events fundraising
  • Knowledge of active lifestyle industry related business a plus
  • Speak and write in a clear and understandable manner for internal/external relations
  • Understand data processing applications
  • Understand complex verbal or written instructions
  • Demonstrates clear communication and the ability to influence others.
