• Lead the CDS Global payments portfolio of products managing day-to-day strategy, performance, and innovation of payment solutions. • Accountable for product roadmap milestones, from product/feature inception to dissolution. • Responsible for all Product Management activities, including product planning and marketing, and managing products throughout the product lifecycle. • Writes and delivers Marketing, Product, Customer and Technical Requirements documents with prioritized features and corresponding justification. • Conducts market research and analyzes findings, including: Market Analysis, Business Case and Profit & Loss (P&L) Investigation, Customer and Market Research, Competitive Analysis, and technology trends. • Responsible for the Return on Investment (ROI), Profit & Loss (P&L) and success of products from concept to launch through sunset, including incremental enhancements. • Prepares and communicates budgets, revenue forecast and projections. • Develops core positioning and messaging for the product, including points of differentiation. • Collaborates and coordinates with sales, marketing, IT and support staff to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. • Works with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities. • Maintains a comprehensive knowledge of the CDS Global business units, the fulfillment industry and competitors. • Travels as required.
• Support the end-to-end execution of tentpole events, brand activations, partner programs, and industry gatherings • Assist with venue sourcing, vendor coordination, and production logistics to ensure seamless event delivery • Manage timelines, project trackers, budgets, and run-of-show documents across multiple concurrent projects • Coordinate travel, accommodations, shipping, and credentialing for staff, partners, and guests • Provide on-site event support, including registration, guest experience, and sponsor management • Track budgets, process invoices, and manage expense reporting with accuracy and timeliness • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, editorial, creative, strategy, social, and PR teams to bring events to life • Contribute to RFP responses and proactive pitches, supporting the development of event-based marketing opportunities

• Lead end-to-end production across branded content projects, from concept development through final execution • Oversee on-set operations, ensuring productions run efficiently, safely, and on schedule • Manage and build strong relationships with on-screen talent, ensuring a seamless and professional experience • Source, negotiate, and manage vendors including crew, locations, and equipment, aligning with creative and budget goals • Develop and manage production budgets, tracking costs and ensuring accurate reconciliation of invoices and payments • Drive pre-production planning, including decks, schedules, call sheets, and logistics coordination • Supervise on-location shoots, troubleshoot real-time challenges, and maintain production momentum • Partner cross-functionally with creative, editorial, and post-production teams to ensure cohesive execution from shoot through delivery
• The Account Executive is the primary strategic and relationship advisor for assigned Homecare Homebase clients. • Responsible for revenue retention, expansion strategy, executive relationship development, and alignment of Homecare Homebase objectives with client business priorities. • Partners closely with cross-functional teams to drive adoption, mitigate risk, identify new opportunities, and ensure consistent delivery of measurable value to clients. • Creation and management of annual account plans focused on long-term account retention, expansion of new business, and expansion of C-suite and senior-level relationships. • Accountability for revenue retention and renewal strategy across assigned accounts. • Lead strategic conversations related to licensing and pricing model evolution. • Collaboration with Sales on development, management, and execution of pipeline. • Drive expansion opportunities across the Homecare Homebase ecosystem. • Management and execution of the client organization chart from CEO through VP level. • Identify early indicators of account risk, develop mitigation strategies, and lead cross-functional coordination. • Ensure the overall quality of account engagements by applying knowledge of industry trends and best practices. • Establish and maintain a clear understanding of the client’s business and strategic objectives.
• Processing, monitoring, and collecting of Medicare, Medicaid and other commercial insurance claims in accordance with payor requirements • Verifying accuracy of billing data and revising any errors • Importing/posting payments from all payor types • Creating and distributing various financial reports as needed • Timely resolution of all claims including appeals • Following up on accounts for billing and on overdue accounts for collections via phone calls, re-submissions and adjustments for billing errors • Working with personal information and maintaining patient confidentiality
