• Generate and quality-check internal and external reports, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of data to customers. • Process standard customer data requests, delivering reports, data files, and resolving any issues as necessary. • Manage and resolve cases in Salesforce, addressing customer data inquiries and issues in a timely manner to meet service quality metrics. • Respond to escalated phone calls from customers regarding data-related questions or issues, providing timely and effective solutions. • Convert customer data into requested formats, ensuring accuracy and proper delivery. • Investigate and troubleshoot simple data issues, performing technical checks to ensure accuracy before data delivery. • Submit and manage sample pull orders and retrieval requests, ensuring timely and accurate sample handling. • Process updates to internal systems such as GS LIMS and Genomics databases to maintain accurate data records. • Maintain accurate records of communications related to parentage permissions. • Work with Sales, Customer Success, and other teams to provide data-related support and assist with customer data requests. • Assist with customer visits and provide basic training as required. • Actively participate in team meetings, huddles, and training sessions to continuously learn and improve skills. • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
• Own the strategic direction and commercial performance of assigned corporate accounts, including revenue growth, retention, and expansion. • Develop and execute comprehensive account plans aligned to customer priorities, market dynamics, and Neogen growth objectives. • Identify and prioritize high-value opportunities, whitespace, and cross-selling pathways across the portfolio. • Deliver quarterly business reviews (QBRs) that reinforce value realization, ROI, and future growth strategy. • Establish and maintain multi-level relationships within customer organizations (Food Safety, Quality, Regulatory, Procurement, Operations). • Lead a consultative discovery process to uncover customer pain points, business drivers, and strategic priorities. • Translate insights into tailored solutions and value hypotheses that differentiate Neogen in competitive environments. • Build, manage, and maintain a robust, high-quality pipeline aligned to quota and growth targets. • Execute rigorous pipeline management and inspection cadence, ensuring opportunity hygiene, stage accuracy, and forecast reliability. • Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, from qualification through close, including deal strategy, negotiation, and risk mitigation. • Coordinate cross-functional resources to deliver seamless customer execution, including Marketing, Technical Services, and Operations. • Maintain deep understanding of industry trends, regulatory drivers, and competitive landscape.
• Own the end-to-end Dairy segment growth strategy, including market prioritization, account segmentation, and revenue targets. • Identify and activate strategic growth vectors (e.g., enterprise accounts, channel expansion, new applications). • Develop and execute multi-year segment plans aligned to company growth objectives. • Personally manage and grow select strategic Dairy accounts, serving as executive sponsor and primary relationship owner. • Build and maintain a robust, forward-looking pipeline to support segment growth objectives. • Lead the end-to-end sales cycle for strategic opportunities, including deal strategy, negotiation, and close.
• Own the Area marketing operations strategy, roadmap, and operating model. • Improve the commercial marketing organization’s ability to execute, measure, learn, and optimize. • Serve as the Area subject matter expert for modern marketing operations, automation, analytics, and digital execution. • Identify opportunities to simplify workflows, improve speed, reduce manual effort, and increase marketing productivity. • Introduce best practices, emerging tools, and AI-enabled capabilities that improve marketing effectiveness. • Build scalable processes that support campaign execution, lead management, reporting, and sales follow-up. • Own the Area-controlled elements of the marketing technology ecosystem, including campaign workflows, lead capture, routing, nurturing, segmentation, landing pages, forms, reporting inputs, and execution processes. • Partner with Global Marketing counterparts who own or administer enterprise marketing systems and capabilities. • Work closely with IT on system governance, integrations, access, enhancements, data quality, security, and platform performance. • Translate Area business needs into clear system, data, and process requirements.
• Develop, implement, and manage sourcing and procurement strategies for production materials, raw materials, utilities, outside services, and other business-critical supply needs • Oversee supplier relationship management, including sourcing, negotiation, onboarding support, performance tracking, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives • Monitor demand, supply, lead times, and inventory thresholds to help maintain appropriate inventory levels and support production schedules • Partner with operations, finance/accounting, quality, logistics, planning, and distribution teams to resolve supply, inventory, and vendor performance matters • Identify and implement cost-reduction, process-improvement, and supply chain risk-mitigation opportunities across sourcing and inventory management activities • Maintain accurate records, reporting, and documentation related to procurement, supplier performance, inventory levels, process compliance, and related financial considerations
• Managing the Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, and western TN territory to drive and support growth with Neogen Food Safety Products. • Implementing and executing on business priorities • Deliver on financial and forecast expectations • Conduct business planning to drive growth with direct, indirect (channel), Key Accounts and focused market segments • Develop sales strategies and adjust to meet changing market and competitive conditions for complex product lines and working cross functionally with other business disciplines • Independently manage and grow business within a set geography • Close and grow sales through professional communication with existing and potential clients • Identify and resolve client concerns; recommending a course of action to alleviate these concerns in the future • Expand market awareness of our products and our industry experience by communicating features and benefits of our products and services effectively • Maintaining records of customer communications and contact information as required • Making technical presentations, webinars • Preparing responses to RFP (request for proposals) and RFI (request for information) • Attending and participating in trade shows, conferences and other marketing events • Working knowledge of price calculations • Researches market requirements and market data • Maintain knowledge of competitor products and identify and report intelligence on competitor pricing or marketing strategies • Maintains current Neogen product knowledge • Demonstrate and explain best practices in installation techniques for all Neogen products
• Responsible for the strategic and operational oversight of Occupational Health and Workers' Compensation programs • Provide subject matter expertise in medical surveillance, claims, and compliance • Collaborate with stakeholders to promote injury prevention and return-to-work strategies • Manage Workers' Compensation programs and case management for claims • Conduct annual reviews of claim trends and ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies
• Manage inbound customer inquiries and initiate outbound calls related to order status, order entry issues, shipment tracking, and account support. • Enter and process customer orders through CRM and Solomon systems, including orders received by phone, email, and fax. • Process customer payments, confirm orders, retrieve invoices, and assist with purchase order discrepancies in collaboration with Accounts Receivable. • Document customer complaints in the appropriate system and coordinate with internal teams on merchandise, equipment, loaner, inventory, and shipping matters. • Support sales representatives with quotes, order creation, sales campaigns, and appropriate upselling based on product knowledge and customer needs. • Assist with customer eCommerce account setup, departmental cross-training, special projects, and updates to training materials and procedures.
• Manage animal safety and quality assurance programs in alignment with company standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations. • Lead investigations, root cause analyses, corrective and preventive actions, and quality improvement initiatives. • Monitor quality metrics, identify trends, and recommend process improvements to enhance product safety and operational performance. • Support internal, customer, and regulatory audits, including preparation, documentation, responses, and follow-up actions. • Review, maintain, and improve quality documentation, records, procedures, and related quality system elements. • Train, mentor, and support employees on quality assurance processes, animal safety procedures, and compliance expectations.
• Manage supplier and co-manufacturer quality and animal safety programs to ensure alignment with company standards and regulatory requirements. • Conduct supplier and co-manufacturer audits, assessments, performance reviews, and ongoing monitoring activities. • Support supplier qualification, onboarding, risk assessments, and product safety evaluations related to external manufacturing. • Lead quality investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for supplier and co-manufacturing issues. • Monitor quality metrics, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the supplier and co-manufacturing network. • Maintain supplier quality documentation, support audit readiness, and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
