• Identify sales and services opportunities for an assigned book of business and manage ongoing engagements with customers throughout the services sale lifecycle. • Present deployment methodology and make recommendations on phased approaches to deployments. • Develop strategic account plans to meet assigned revenue target. • Partner with the internal Sales team to identify and close new business opportunities. • Develop comprehensive SOWs, including communicating what would be required in terms of cost, time, and resources to deploy an implementation to client specifications. • Lead discovery workshops to understand client business issues and gain a shared understanding of the project and develop a design direction. • Build productive partnerships with internal stakeholders of the PS, Product Management, Support Services, and Sales teams. • Responsible for helping to establish referenceable clients for Kinaxis. • Build and maintain effective relationships with partner organizations who are engaged in sales, or deployment of, Kinaxis’ solutions. • Be the deployment trusted advisor for customers and partners.
• Build and maintain C-level relationships, positioning as a strategic partner and trusted advisor. • Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities to expand market share, increase wallet share, and achieve account-specific revenue targets. • Lead consultative, value-based selling processes, articulating how solutions align with clients’ strategic priorities and deliver measurable business outcomes. • Develop, execute, and own comprehensive account strategies for large, complex organizations with multi-geography and multi-stakeholder dynamics. • Manage long sales cycles, including negotiations for large, multi-year contracts. • Partner with internal stakeholders to develop tailored proposals and ensure seamless execution. • Collaborate with global account teams to coordinate efforts across regions and divisions. • Drive revenue growth by consistently achieving or exceeding assigned quotas and performance metrics. • Deliver executive-level reporting on account performance, forecasts, and strategic initiatives.
• Investigate novel techniques combining class leading heuristics with optimization and ML • Translate real world Supply Chain Management use cases into mathematical models • Lead the design and implementation of mathematical models and ML systems • Define test strategies and develop comprehensive test plans • Write unit testing, integration testing, and debugging to ensure robust and error-free software • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for functional, regression, and performance testing using testing frameworks and tools • Collaborate closely with your agile team members and other stakeholders
• Develop an effective pipeline of sales opportunities through the qualification of leads generated from marketing campaigns and outbound prospecting, ensuring they meet pre-determined customer criteria • Prospect and engage with prospective customers through targeted outreach using multiple channels including phone, email, social media, and networking events • Foster and maintain excellent working relationships with the greater sales function and marketing teams ensuring alignment, coordinating strategies, and sharing insights on how and when to target priority accounts to optimize lead generation and progression through the sales pipeline • Manage and coordinate leads through the qualification process through discovery of opportunity, and work closely with Account Executives to confirm qualification criteria • Engage with prospects, and lead the first sales meeting, to understand their pain points, challenges, and goals and position our products and solutions as solutions that can address their needs effectively • Provide ongoing market feedback and suggestions to refine positioning and improve outbound strategies. • Manage and maintain a healthy pipeline by accurately tracking all interactions, follow-ups, and progress with leads in relevant databases. • Source new contacts using external data sources such as ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator • Participate in local trade shows, and training, staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and strategies for business development • Understand Kinaxis’ differentiated value proposition to effectively educate and generate demand from qualified prospects.
• Perform integration configuration – mapping, loading, transforming, testing and validating data required to support our customer’s unique system landscape on moderate to complex projects. • Participate in the design of customized technology solutions to address specific business challenges or opportunities, considering the customer’s technological ecosystem and based on the integration approach (Kinaxis-led vs. customer-led). • Assist with the implementation and deployment of technology solutions, including project management, system integration, configuration, testing, and training. • Demonstrate knowledge and proficiency in both the Kinaxis Integration Platform Suite, RR data model, and REST based API Integration capabilities, and support the client in identifying and implementing solutions best suited to individual data flows. • Collaborate with Kinaxis Support and/or Cloud Services teams to address client queries around security risks or security incidents. • Participate in deep-dive customer business requirements discovery sessions and develop integration requirements specifications. • Support deployment workshops to help customers achieve immediate value from their investment. • Liaise directly with customers and internal SMEs such as the Technology Architect through the project lifecycle.
• Independently lead business requirements discovery sessions for implementations of advanced complexity, multi-phase workstreams and broad scope • Partner with Solution Architect in the process design and technical direction of complex configurations • Execute product configurations of advanced complexity, according to customer needs and approved solution architecture • Act as the first level of escalation and oversee the troubleshooting and resolution of complex configuration issues for the project team • Apply advanced mathematical models, optimization techniques and artificial intelligence algorithms to complex supply chain planning scenarios to improve customer supply chain performance and achieve business objectives • Execute the validation and testing of the solution, capture user feedback and develop recommendations for escalations, roadblocks, and documentation • Independently lead complex deployment workshops with a focus on training and guiding customers on how the solution was configured and how to achieve immediate value from their investment • Provide technical leadership and recommendations to the Associate, Entry and Intermediate Solution Consultants during project milestones and critical deployment escalations • Guide and mentor more junior consultants throughout the project lifecycle

• Build and run the planning and operating cadence for the marketing function, including annual planning, quarterly priorities, KPI reviews, and leadership working rhythms. • Partner with the marketing leadership team to translate strategy into measurable plans, priorities, and execution roadmaps. • Partner with Finance and Marketing leaders to support the marketing budget planning, investment trade-offs, and performance visibility. • Build, scale, and lead a high-performing Marketing Operations function supporting planning, performance management, program governance, and execution. • Establish a clear performance framework, including KPIs, reporting structure and accountability across the marketing. • Drive program governance and execution discipline to improve speed, coordination, and accountability across campaigns and initiatives. • Partner with Rev Ops / Sales Ops and Marketing leaders to define KPI governance, funnel metrics, and performance visibility. • Drive the use of performance insights to inform decisions on spend allocation, program mix, and strategic priorities. • Translate data into actionable recommendations for the CMO and leadership team. • Own the marketing technology roadmap in partnership with IT, Business Systems, and Rev Ops / Sales Ops. • Improve adoption, governance, and business value of platforms across the marketing ecosystem.

• The role of Account Executive will be responsible for winning new business and revenue with new and existing accounts, working with Kinaxis senior management to contribute to the overall growth strategy of Kinaxis. • Leads efforts for identifying opportunities and growing revenue in new name and existing accounts. • Working with Kinaxis senior management to develop the relevant account strategies and engagements to drive pipeline growth and close deals within agreed timelines. • Establishing and maintaining high-level, executive relationships with New Name Accounts and our existing customers, focusing on the establishment and maintenance of strategic relationships (direct and reseller). • Qualifying prospects according to Kinaxis’ capabilities and applicability. • Providing accurate sales forecasts and relevant reporting based upon realistic close timelines. • Communicating product improvements and recommendations that originate in the field.
