Role Description The Strategic Sales Director will be responsible for finding and growing new enterprise business. Must be comfortable maintaining an active pipeline, identifying market trends and conditions, initiating and building relationships with senior executives, and designing and executing sales plans to close paradigm-shifting opportunities. Experience in Saas sales is a plus. What You'll Do - Manage and work assigned sales territory, focusing on enterprise opportunities - Build new relationships with executives and key decision makers within assigned accounts and lead RFPs and other enterprise pursuits - Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecast through Unite Us CRM tools - Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to ensure alignment on go-to-market strategies - Effectively communicate the vision and value of Unite Us technology to prospects and clients - Consistently meet or exceed the predetermined quarterly and annual sales quotas - Identify, visit, and influence decision-makers of prospective customers - Upsell and cross-sell within the existing client base - Own the hand off of new clients to the Unite Us implementation team - Mentor Sales Executives and other members of team Qualifications - 6+ years of enterprise sales or relevant leadership experience - Demonstrated success selling to Medicaid Managed Care Organizations (MCOs), state Medicaid agencies, state and county governments or large health systems, with deep knowledge of California's Medicaid landscape and the CalAIM initiative - Experience managing complex, enterprise-level healthcare accounts across multiple stakeholders, including statewide contracts, regional health plans, and government health agencies - Strong understanding of California's healthcare ecosystem, including payer-provider dynamics, value-based care initiatives, and state/regional procurement processes - Experience developing strategic account growth plans while expanding enterprise relationships within existing healthcare customers across multiple states - Expertise within Healthcare and/or Government market, preferred - Expertise selling Saas solution or within the Healthcare market - Proven experience in building and expanding industry relationships - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions - This position is remote, U.S. based. Candidates must reside in California, Washington or Oregon to be considered - This position may require 30% travel - The target pay range for this role is: $130,000-$165,000. This salary range represents our target hiring range for this role. Role Description The Sales Support Manager leads and manages the Inside Sales and Sales Support functions within MCG’s Sales Organization. This role is responsible for the performance, development, strategic direction, and quota attainment of the Inside Sales and Sales Support teams, including Inside Sales Representatives, Sales Support Specialists, and Senior Sales Support Specialists. The Sales Support Manager ensures that customer proposals are professionally structured, technically coherent, commercially sound, compliant with MCG standards, and delivered on schedule. This role balances process discipline, customer responsiveness, cross-functional coordination, quality control, and sales execution while supporting both standard equipment opportunities and complex, facility-level electrical distribution solutions. This position serves as a critical operational bridge between Account Executives, Estimating, Engineering, Operations, Legal, and external OEM partners, ensuring that proposals reflect accurate scope, clear documentation, aligned execution strategy, and appropriate commercial risk management. The role is also accountable for driving Inside Sales performance against assigned revenue, booking, and opportunity management objectives. The role supports continuous improvement in proposal processes, sales tools, customer responsiveness, and collaboration across the sales ecosystem. Qualifications - Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the power distribution or switchgear industry. - Bachelor’s degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and industry-specific experience. - Proven track record in cost estimation within a fast-paced manufacturing or engineering environment. - Strong understanding of electrical power distribution and switchgear industry practices. - Solid mathematical skills to support estimating and pricing responsibilities. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and make sound judgments with incomplete information in a fast-paced environment. - High level of written and verbal communication skills for effective internal and external stakeholder management. - Proficiency in standard office software and specialized estimation tools (to include, but not limited to, MS Office – Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, Salesforce). - A commitment to accuracy with a meticulous approach to cost modeling and technical reviews.
